Komunikovanie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na slov\u00e1ch umo\u017e\u0148uje spravidla r\u00fdchle a\u00a0jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 vyjadrenie po\u017eadovanej inform\u00e1cie za predpokladu, ak \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci komunik\u00e1cie ovl\u00e1daj\u00fa identick\u00fd jazyk.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eV pr\u00e1ci u\u010dite\u013ea m\u00e1 verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia podobu monol\u00f3gu, dial\u00f3gu, diskusie, p\u00edsan\u00e9ho textu, pri\u010dom \u010doraz \u010dastej\u0161ie sa vo verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cii pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa prostriedky ako mejl, \u010det, telefonick\u00fd rozhovor, r\u00fdchle spr\u00e1vy, soci\u00e1lne siete, videokonferencie, online v\u00fdu\u010dba, audionahr\u00e1vky predn\u00e1\u0161ok a\u00a0i.\u201c(Nov\u00e1k, 2022)<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia v\u00a0eduka\u010dnom procese sa rovnako ako slovn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob vyjadrovania vo v\u0161eobecnom v\u00fdzname vyzna\u010duje pozit\u00edvami, ako aj negat\u00edvami.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eliminovanie vybran\u00fdch negat\u00edv spojen\u00fdch s\u00a0verb\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom vyjadrovania sa po\u010das pedagogickej interakcie realizovanej v\u00a0procese pedagogickej komunik\u00e1cie uv\u00e1dzame nasledovne:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong><em>N\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 kontroly komunikovan\u00fdch postojov a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 na\u00a0zjednodu\u0161enie komunikovania so \u017eiakmi zalo\u017eenom na kontrolovan\u00ed komunikovan\u00fdch postojov a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov je potrebn\u00e9, aby u\u010dite\u013e predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00a0r\u00e1mci organiz\u00e1cie vyu\u010dovacej hodiny jednozna\u010dne ur\u010dil kto zo \u017eiakov, a\u00a0ak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom bude hovori\u0165 (napr. pri opakovan\u00ed u\u010diva a\u00a0zis\u0165ovan\u00ed zapam\u00e4tan\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu \u017eiaci hovori\u0165 a\u017e po prihl\u00e1sen\u00ed sa, a\u00a0v\u00a0takom porad\u00ed, v\u00a0akom ich u\u010dite\u013e vyzve k\u00a0vyjadreniu sa).<\/li><li><strong><em>O\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1 odpove\u010f<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 aj napriek tomu, \u017ee pre s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd eduka\u010dn\u00fd proces je typick\u00fd ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1ujem o\u00a0vzdelanie zo strany \u017eiakov, tak v\u00a0niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch m\u00f4\u017eu inform\u00e1cie prezentovan\u00e9 u\u010dite\u013eom \u017eiaka zauja\u0165, a\u00a0\u017eiak sa m\u00f4\u017ee op\u00fdta\u0165 na doplnenie danej inform\u00e1cie. \u017diak m\u00f4\u017ee pova\u017eova\u0165 odpove\u010f u\u010dite\u013ea za nie\u010do, \u010do je samozrejm\u00e9, a\u00a0naviac po\u017eadovan\u00fa odpove\u010f o\u010dak\u00e1va od u\u010dite\u013ea bezprostredne po polo\u017een\u00ed svojej ot\u00e1zky. Ak nastane situ\u00e1cia, \u017ee u\u010dite\u013e si nie je odpove\u010fou \u00faplne ist\u00fd, nako\u013eko polo\u017een\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka nemus\u00ed nevyhnutne s\u00favisie\u0165 s\u00a0odborn\u00fdm zameran\u00edm u\u010dite\u013ea, je potrebn\u00e9, aby u\u010dite\u013e informoval \u017eiaka o\u00a0zodpovedan\u00ed danej ot\u00e1zky pri najbli\u017e\u0161om kontakte \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov prebiehaj\u00facej komunik\u00e1cie (napr. vyu\u017eitie odpovede \u2013 \u201e&#8230;odpove\u010f na polo\u017een\u00fa ot\u00e1zku e\u0161te over\u00edm a\u00a0najbli\u017e\u0161ie sa budeme venova\u0165 tejto t\u00e9me podrobnej\u0161ie&#8230;\u201c).<\/li><li><strong><em>Vyu\u017eit\u00e9 slovn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy v\u00a0komunikovan\u00ed a\u00a0ich nezmazate\u013enos\u0165<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 uvedomen\u00edm si nezmazate\u013enosti vyu\u017eit\u00fdch slovn\u00fdch v\u00fdrazoch v\u00a0komunikovan\u00ed so \u017eiakmi mus\u00ed by\u0165 u\u010dite\u013e d\u00f4sledn\u00fd v\u00a0uvedomovan\u00ed si v\u00fdrazov\u00fdch prostriedkov, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00fdch komunikuje so \u017eiakmi. U\u010dite\u013e, ktor\u00fd vstupuje do komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu v\u00a0poz\u00edcii adekv\u00e1tne vzdelan\u00e9ho odborn\u00edka na oblas\u0165 svojho profesijn\u00e9ho zamerania ovl\u00e1da a\u00a0vyu\u017e\u00edva odborn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy, a\u00a0dok\u00e1\u017ee ich \u017eiakom vysvetli\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom svojej slovnej z\u00e1soby zalo\u017eenej na slov\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa vulg\u00e1rne a\u00a0neur\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa ani neznehodnocuj\u00fa osobnos\u0165 \u017eiakov. Okrem toho mus\u00ed ma\u0165 u\u010dite\u013e na pam\u00e4ti, \u017ee ak sa dostane do emocion\u00e1lne vyp\u00e4tej situ\u00e1cie (napr. bitka medzi \u017eiakmi), tak prchk\u00e9 a\u00a0neuv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 vyjadrenie em\u00f3ci\u00ed slovn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom nejde zobra\u0165 sp\u00e4\u0165. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu vyjadrenie najm\u00e4 negat\u00edvnych em\u00f3ci\u00ed verb\u00e1lnymi v\u00fdrazov\u00fdmi prostriedkami by malo v\u00a0prejave u\u010dite\u013ea style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong><em>Pripravenos\u0165<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; v pr\u00edpade, ak sa u\u010dite\u013e nepripravuje na vyu\u010dovaciu hodinu d\u00f4sledne, tak v\u00a0slovnom vyjadrovan\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytova\u0165 ne\u017eiad\u00face slovn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy, ako aj slovn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy, ktor\u00e9 nes\u00favisia s\u00a0vyu\u010dovacou hodinou a\u00a0spravidla signalizuj\u00fa neistotu, nervozitu, nerozhodnos\u0165 zo strany u\u010dite\u013ea. Naopak, d\u00f4sledn\u00e1 pripravenos\u0165 najm\u00e4 v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0obsahom vzdel\u00e1vania, ale aj pri rie\u0161en\u00ed r\u00f4znych probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed prispieva k\u00a0po\u017eadovanej istote a\u00a0rozhodnosti v slovnom vyjadrovan\u00ed sa.<\/li><li><strong><em>Ujasnenie komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu a stru\u010dnos\u0165<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 verb\u00e1lny sp\u00f4sob komunikovania v\u00a0pedagogickej komunik\u00e1cii m\u00e1 svoje \u0161pecifick\u00e9 zameranie a\u00a0naj\u010dastej\u0161ie s\u00favis\u00ed s\u00a0obsahom vzdel\u00e1vania. U\u010dite\u013e tak spravidla slovne vyjadruje tie inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa od \u017eiakov n\u00e1sledne vy\u017eadovan\u00e9 v\u00a0podobe vedomost\u00ed a\u00a0poznatkov. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu by mali by\u0165 verb\u00e1lne v\u00fdrazy vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 u\u010dite\u013eom v\u00a0pedagogickej komunik\u00e1cii zrozumite\u013ene usporiadan\u00e9. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zd\u00f4raz\u0148ujeme, \u017ee komunikovan\u00e1 inform\u00e1cia nem\u00e1 by\u0165 prezentovan\u00e1 zd\u013ahav\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, ke\u010f\u017ee je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 zauja\u0165 pozornos\u0165 \u017eiakov na dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010das a\u00a0pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie viacer\u00fdch slov synonymick\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom sa st\u00e1va problematick\u00e9 na udr\u017eanie pozornosti.<\/li><li><strong><em>Uk\u013eudnenie sa a\u00a0nie je hanba poveda\u0165 \u201eneviem\u201c<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 hlavne pri za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facich u\u010dite\u013eoch, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa minim\u00e1lne sk\u00fasenosti alebo takmer \u017eiadne sk\u00fasenosti so samostatn\u00fdm komunikovan\u00edm so \u017eiakmi.
