Poch\u00e1dza z\u00a0anglick\u00e9ho slova \u201e<em>education<\/em>\u201c. S\u00fa to v\u0161etky \u010dinnosti \u013eud\u00ed, pri ktor\u00fdch sa nejak\u00fd subjekt u\u010d\u00ed a\u00a0in\u00fd subjekt (alebo technick\u00e9 zariadenie) mu toto u\u010denie sprostredk\u00fava. (napr. osvojovanie jazyka die\u0165a\u0165om v\u00a0styku s\u00a0in\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi; tr\u00e9ning \u0161portovca pod veden\u00edm tr\u00e9nera; \u0161kolsk\u00e1 v\u00fdu\u010dba, kde sa skupina \u017eiakov u\u010d\u00ed a\u00a0u\u010ditelia riadia ich u\u010denie apod.)<\/p><p><strong>Eduka\u010dn\u00e1 realita<\/strong> ozna\u010duje s\u00fahrnne ak\u00fdko\u013evek \u00fasek objekt\u00edvnej skuto\u010dnosti, v\u00a0ktorej prebiehaj\u00fa nejak\u00e9 eduka\u010dn\u00e9 procesy.<\/p><p>Pre v\u0161eobecn\u00fa te\u00f3riu eduk\u00e1cie potrebujeme aj v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy pre subjekty eduk\u00e1cie, ke\u010f\u017ee term\u00edny \u201e\u017eiak\u201c a \u201eu\u010dite\u013e\u201c po\u017eiadavku v\u0161eobecnosti nem\u00f4\u017eu sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165, lebo sa dot\u00fdkaj\u00fa iba \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho prostredia. Ako vhodn\u00fd doplnok k\u00a0term\u00ednu eduk\u00e1cia s\u00fa term\u00edny \u201eedukant\u201c a\u00a0\u201eeduk\u00e1tor\u201c.<\/p><p><strong>Eduk\u00e1tor <\/strong>je ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd v\u00a0priebehu eduka\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu in\u0161truuje, u\u010d\u00ed alebo po\u00fa\u010da. Je to ktor\u00fdko\u013evek akt\u00e9r vyu\u010dovania \u010di inej intencion\u00e1lnej eduka\u010dnej aktivity (napr. u\u010dite\u013e, lektor, in\u0161truktor, vychov\u00e1vate\u013e, konzultant, \u0161kolite\u013e apod.).<\/p><p>Pod pojmom<strong> edukant <\/strong>mo\u017eno rozumie\u0165\u00a0 ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd sa\u00a0v\u00a0priebehu eduka\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu u\u010d\u00ed, alebo pod vplyvom eduk\u00e1tora men\u00ed svoje spr\u00e1vanie. Je to ktor\u00fdko\u013evek subjekt u\u010denia bez oh\u013eadu na vek \u010di typ prostredia (napr. \u017eiak materskej \u0161koly, \u017eiak z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly, \u017eiak strednej \u0161koly, \u0161tudent vysokej \u0161koly, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk jazykov\u00e9ho kurzu, die\u0165a pou\u010dovan\u00e9 rodi\u010dom apod.).<\/p><p><strong>Eduka\u010dn\u00e9 kon\u0161trukty <\/strong>s\u00fa v\u0161etky te\u00f3rie, modely, pl\u00e1ny, scen\u00e1re, predpisy a in\u00e9 teoretick\u00e9 v\u00fdtvory, ktor\u00e9 nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom ur\u010duj\u00fa \u010di ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa re\u00e1lne eduka\u010dn\u00e9 procesy (napr. u\u010debn\u00e9 osnovy r\u00f4znych vyu\u010dovac\u00edch predmetov, u\u010debn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny, vzdel\u00e1vacie programy, didaktick\u00e9 testy, vysved\u010denia, r\u00f4zne certifik\u00e1ty, u\u010debnice, monografie, \u010dl\u00e1nky v\u00a0pedagogick\u00fdch \u010dasopisoch apod.)<\/p><p>Za <strong>eduka\u010dn\u00e9 prostredie <\/strong>pova\u017eujeme ak\u00e9ko\u013evek prostredie, v\u00a0ktorom sa realizuje nejak\u00fd riaden\u00fd proces u\u010denia, ur\u010dit\u00e9 v\u00fdchovn\u00e9 procesy. Slovenskej verejnosti je sk\u00f4r zn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00ed pojem \u201ekurikulum vitae\u201c, ktor\u00fd pozn\u00e1me ako \u201e\u017eivotopis\u201c. V\u00a0prenesenom v\u00fdzname potom kurikulum mo\u017eno ch\u00e1pa\u0165 tie\u017e ako \u201e\u017eivotopis \u0161koly\u201c. Ke\u010f\u017ee tento pojem je cudz\u00ed, tak v\u00a0slovenskej pedagogickej literat\u00fare mo\u017eno n\u00e1js\u0165 mno\u017estvo jeho definovan\u00ed ako napr.: program a\u00a0\u017eivot \u0161koly, pl\u00e1n obsahu vyu\u010dovania, pl\u00e1n u\u010denia, obsah vyu\u010dovania at\u010f. Jednoduch\u00fa, ale komplexn\u00fa defin\u00edciu tohto pojmu uv\u00e1dza Zormanov\u00e1 (2014) nasledovne: \u201ePojmom \u201ekurikulum\u201c je ozna\u010dovan\u00fd s\u00fahrn dokumentov a\u00a0materi\u00e1lov vymedzuj\u00facich ciele, obsah a\u00a0podmienky vzdel\u00e1vania, in\u0161tit\u00facie a\u00a0n\u00e1stroje, ktor\u00fdmi sa vzdel\u00e1vanie realizuje a\u00a0sp\u00f4soby hodnotenia.\u201c Na z\u00e1klade uveden\u00e9ho vlastne mo\u017eno ozna\u010di\u0165 pojmom kurikulum v\u0161etky pedagogick\u00e9 dokumenty, ktor\u00e9 nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom pl\u00e1nuj\u00fa, vymedzuj\u00fa a ur\u010duj\u00fa obsah vyu\u010dovania a\u00a0vzdel\u00e1vania.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kompetencie a\u00a0kompetentnosti <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pojmy<strong> kompetencie a\u00a0kompetentnosti <\/strong>maj\u00fa p\u00f4vod v\u00a0latin\u010dine. Slovo kompetencia (lat. <em>competentiae<\/em>) \u00a0sa do sloven\u010diny preklad\u00e1 ako pr\u00e1vomoc. V angli\u010dtine sa s\u00edce slovo <em>competence<\/em> m\u00f4\u017ee v z\u00e1vislosti od kontextu pou\u017ei\u0165 vo v\u00fdzname <em>sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165, <\/em>ale podstatne \u010dastej\u0161ie sa sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 preklad\u00e1 ako <em>ability, suitability <\/em>\u010di <em>capability. <\/em>Kr\u00e1tky slovn\u00edk slovensk\u00e9ho jazyka (Ka\u010dala, 2003) definuje kompetenciu takto: kompetencia \u010di\u017ee <em>okruh <\/em><em>p\u00f4sobnosti, pr\u00e1vomoc<\/em>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V pedagogickej literat\u00fare sa v posledn\u00fdch rokoch \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edva kompetencia vo v\u00fdzname sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165, \u010do nie je v s\u00falade s pravidlami slovensk\u00e9ho jazyka. Pravdepodobne do\u0161lo k nespr\u00e1vnej interpret\u00e1cii prekladu z anglick\u00e9ho jazyka. Tento jav registruje ve\u013ea pedag\u00f3gov a akademikov a u\u017e bada\u0165 aj prv\u00e9 pokusy rie\u0161enia (Schmidt, Schmidt, 2021). Slovensk\u00e1 akredita\u010dn\u00e1 agent\u00fara pre vysok\u00e9 \u0161kolstvo vo svojich dokumentoch ako s\u00fa <em>\u0160tandardy pre vn\u00fatorn\u00fd syst\u00e9m zabezpe\u010dovania kvality <\/em>alebo <em>\u0160tandardy pre \u0161tudijn\u00fd<\/em> <em>program <\/em>(2020) jasne definuje v\u00fdznam pojmov nasledovne:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kompetencia<\/strong> je pr\u00e1vomoc, opr\u00e1vnenie, p\u00f4sobnos\u0165, resp. dosah osoby vo vz\u0165ahu k \u00falohe, postupu, procesu, aktivite, za ktorej zabezpe\u010denie nesie zodpovednos\u0165.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kompetentnos\u0165<\/strong> je odborn\u00e1 sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 osoby vykon\u00e1va\u0165 dan\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je v\u00fdsledkom komplexu vedomost\u00ed, zru\u010dnost\u00ed a postojov, ktor\u00e9 si osoba osvojila form\u00e1lnym a neform\u00e1lnym vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm a inform\u00e1lnym u\u010den\u00edm sa v\u00a0priebehu z\u00edskavania vlastn\u00fdch praktick\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed. Kompetentnosti spolu s vedomos\u0165ami a zru\u010dnos\u0165ami sl\u00fa\u017eia ako \u0161trukt\u00farne charakteristiky v\u00fdstupov vzdel\u00e1vania. Kompetentnos\u0165 m\u00f4\u017eeme ch\u00e1pa\u0165 aj ako zdru\u017euj\u00faci pojem pre sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165, schopnos\u0165, zru\u010dnos\u0165 apod..<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kompetencie s\u00fa teda zjednodu\u0161ene predpoklady vykon\u00e1va\u0165 nejak\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, situ\u00e1ciu \u010di profesiu, zatia\u013e \u010do kompetentosti (pr\u00eddavn\u00e9 meno) je schopnos\u0165 konkr\u00e9tneho \u010dloveka, resp. pracovn\u00edka.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0pedagogickej literat\u00fare rozli\u0161ujeme k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 kompetencie (tie ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dloveka a\u00a0s\u00fa rozv\u00edjan\u00e9 v\u00a0procese celo\u017eivotn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania, napr.: spolo\u010densk\u00e9 a ob\u010dianske kompetencie, kompetencia v oblasti kult\u00farneho povedomia a prejavu, podnikate\u013esk\u00e1 kompetencia, digit\u00e1lna, matematick\u00e1, viacjazy\u010dn\u00e1 kompetencia, komunika\u010dn\u00e1 kompetencia, osobn\u00e1 a soci\u00e1lna kompetencia) a\u00a0profesijn\u00e9 kompetencie, ktor\u00e9 sa vymedzuj\u00fa pre pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 profesie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fdm vo v\u0161eobecnosti je kompetencia delegovan\u00e1 a vych\u00e1dza zo z\u00e1kona, kompetentnos\u0165 je kvalitat\u00edvna vlastnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je bu\u010f vroden\u00e1, alebo z\u00edskan\u00e1 u\u010den\u00edm a\u00a0precvi\u010dovan\u00edm, teda kompetencia delegovan\u00e1 na z\u00e1klade pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona sa nemus\u00ed v\u017edy preuk\u00e1za\u0165 kompetentnos\u0165ami (Schmidt, Schmidt, 2021) konkr\u00e9tneho \u010dloveka.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0z\u00e1vere mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee nie v\u017edy je jednoduch\u00e9 jednozna\u010dne definova\u0165 prebrat\u00fa terminol\u00f3giu do\u00a0slovensk\u00e9ho jazyka a\u00a0pre laick\u00fa verejnos\u0165 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 nejasn\u00e1 a \u010dastokr\u00e1t aj zm\u00e4to\u010dn\u00e1, ke\u010f\u017ee jej trad\u00edcia u\u00a0n\u00e1s je relat\u00edvne kr\u00e1tka a\u00a0niekedy nast\u00e1vaj\u00fa probl\u00e9my s\u00a0korektn\u00fdmi prekladmi do sloven\u010diny. Samozrejme, je v\u0161ak nevyhnutn\u00e9 v\u00a0zmysle globaliz\u00e1cie a\u00a0internacionaliz\u00e1cie vzdel\u00e1vania a vedy ur\u010dit\u00e9 pojmy z in\u00fdch jazykov prebera\u0165, ak pre ne slovensk\u00fd jazyk nem\u00e1 pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fa alternat\u00edvu.
