Vo v\u0161eobecnosti sa zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee ide sk\u00f4r o poslanie ne\u017e o profesiu. Treba zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee proces, v\u00a0ktorom sa rozv\u00edja osobnos\u0165 vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea, respekt\u00edve u\u010dite\u013ea je dlhodob\u00fd a neza\u010d\u00edna ani nekon\u010d\u00ed pregradu\u00e1lnou pr\u00edpravou na profesiu. Z osobnostn\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek, ktor\u00e9 Kas\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1 (2004) ozna\u010duje ako nadanie na povolanie, sa zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pozit\u00edvny vz\u0165ah k de\u0165om a ml\u00e1de\u017ei a celkov\u00e1 osobnostn\u00e1 zrelos\u0165. Z pozit\u00edvnych charakterov\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed patria medzi najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie spravodlivos\u0165, mravnos\u0165, \u010destnos\u0165, zodpovednos\u0165, d\u00f4slednos\u0165, taktnos\u0165 apod. Pedag\u00f3g by sa mal vyzna\u010dova\u0165 vysokou \u00farov\u0148ou tvorivosti. Vzh\u013eadom k tomu, \u017ee profesia vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea patr\u00ed do kateg\u00f3rie pom\u00e1haj\u00facich profesi\u00ed je zrejm\u00fd i jej soci\u00e1lny rozmer. Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi predpokladmi rozvoja pozit\u00edvneho vz\u0165ahu k de\u0165om je empatia, autenticita a kongruencia.<\/p><p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm \u010dinite\u013eom organizovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu je u\u010dite\u013e. <strong>U\u010dite\u013e <\/strong>sa definuje ako profesion\u00e1lne kvalifikovan\u00fd pedagogick\u00fd pracovn\u00edk, ktor\u00fd je zodpovedn\u00fd za pr\u00edpravu, riadenie, organiz\u00e1ciu a\u00a0v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu. S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 pon\u00edmanie u\u010dite\u013ea vych\u00e1dza z\u00a0roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9ho profesion\u00e1lneho modelu a zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje jeho subjekt\u00edvno-objekt\u00edvnu rolu v\u00a0interakcii so \u017eiakmi a\u00a0prostred\u00edm. Od u\u010dite\u013ea sa preto \u017eiada spoluvytv\u00e1ra\u0165 v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacie prostredie, organizova\u0165 a\u00a0koordinova\u0165 \u010dinnos\u0165 \u017eiakov, monitorova\u0165 proces u\u010denia. V\u00fdznam soci\u00e1lnych rol\u00ed u\u010dite\u013ea v\u00a0interakcii\u00a0 so \u017eiakmi, t\u00edmom u\u010dite\u013eov a\u00a0rodi\u010dmi preto st\u00fapa (Pr\u016fcha a\u00a0kol., 2003).<\/p><p>Osobnos\u0165ou u\u010dite\u013ea sa zaober\u00e1 pedagogick\u00e1 discipl\u00edna <strong>pedeutol\u00f3gia, <\/strong>ktor\u00e1 predstavuje te\u00f3riu u\u010dite\u013eskej profesie. V\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed sa ozna\u010duje r\u00f4znou anglickou terminol\u00f3giou ako napr. \u201e<em>teacher education<\/em>\u201c, <em>teacher development<\/em>\u201c, \u201e<em>teacher research<\/em>\u201c (Pr\u016fcha, 2000).<\/p><p>Z\u00a0h\u013eadiska terminol\u00f3gie je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 ujasni\u0165 si rozdiely medzi ozna\u010den\u00edm subjektov v\u00fdchovy a\u00a0pojmami dot\u00fdkaj\u00facimi sa u\u010dite\u013eskej profesie:<\/p><p><strong>Eduk\u00e1tor<\/strong> (bli\u017e\u0161ie pozri kapitola 6) je naj\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed pojem, zah\u0155\u0148a v\u00a0sebe v\u0161etk\u00fdch akt\u00e9rov intencion\u00e1lnej eduka\u010dnej \u010dinnosti (napr. u\u010dite\u013e, vychov\u00e1vate\u013e, pedag\u00f3g vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu, anim\u00e1tor, lektor, mentor\u2026).<\/p><p>U\u017e\u0161ie ozna\u010denie v\u00a0slovenskej legislat\u00edve je<strong> pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec<\/strong>, ktor\u00fdm je fyzick\u00e1 osoba, ktor\u00e1 vykon\u00e1va pedagogick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165. Pod\u013ea \u00a7 12 z\u00e1kona o\u00a0pedagogick\u00fdch a\u00a0odborn\u00fdch zamestnancoch (Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 317\/2009 Z. z.) sa pedagogick\u00ed zamestnanci \u010dlenia na tieto kateg\u00f3rie:<\/p><ol><li>a)<em>u\u010dite\u013e<\/em>,<\/li><li>b)<em>majster<\/em> <em>odbornej v\u00fdchovy<\/em> (vykon\u00e1va pedagogick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 pri uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00ed odborn\u00e9ho v\u00fdcviku a odbornej praxe v r\u00e1mci \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vacieho programu, vedie odborn\u00fd v\u00fdcvik, odborn\u00fa prax alebo praktick\u00e9 cvi\u010denie),<\/li><li>c)<em>vychov\u00e1vate\u013e<\/em> (vykon\u00e1va pedagogick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 pri uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00ed v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho programu),<\/li><li>d) <em>korepet\u00edtor<\/em> (podie\u013ea sa na pr\u00edprave umeleck\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu \u017eiakov),<\/li><li>e) \u0161kolsk\u00fd <em>tr\u00e9ner <\/em>(zodpoved\u00e1 za \u0161portov\u00fa pr\u00edpravu \u017eiakov),<\/li><li><em>f) pedagogick\u00fd asistent<\/em> (pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek u\u010dite\u013ea, vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea alebo majstra odbornej v\u00fdchovy sa podie\u013ea na v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacom procese utv\u00e1ran\u00edm rovnosti pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed vo v\u00fdchove a vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed, na prekon\u00e1van\u00ed architektonick\u00fdch, informa\u010dn\u00fdch, jazykov\u00fdch, zdravotn\u00fdch, soci\u00e1lnych alebo kult\u00farnych bari\u00e9r,<\/li><li>g)<em>zahrani\u010dn\u00fd lektor<\/em> (uplat\u0148uje sa v\u00a0oblasti jazykov\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania pri v\u00fdu\u010dbe cudzieho jazyka). Bli\u017e\u0161ie jednotliv\u00e9 kateg\u00f3rie popisuje okrem z\u00e1kona aj vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka M\u0160 SR \u010d. 437\/2009 Z. z., ktorou sa ustanovuj\u00fa kvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 predpoklady a osobitn\u00e9 kvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 predpoklady pre jednotliv\u00e9 kateg\u00f3rie pedagogick\u00fdch a odborn\u00fdch zamestnancov.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>U\u010dite\u013e<\/strong> vykon\u00e1va pedagogick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 pri uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00ed \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vacieho programu alebo pri poskytovan\u00ed kontinu\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vania. Kateg\u00f3ria u\u010dite\u013e sa pod\u013ea vzdel\u00e1vacieho programu \u010dlen\u00ed na podkateg\u00f3rie pod\u013ea vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch programov poskytuj\u00facich stupne vzdelania\u00a0alebo kontinu\u00e1lne vzdel\u00e1vanie takto:<\/p><ol><li>u\u010dite\u013e pre predprim\u00e1rne vzdel\u00e1vanie (u\u010dite\u013e materskej \u0161koly),<\/li><li>u\u010dite\u013e pre prim\u00e1rne vzdel\u00e1vanie (u\u010dite\u013e prv\u00e9ho stup\u0148a z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly),<\/li><li>u\u010dite\u013e pre ni\u017e\u0161ie stredn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie (u\u010dite\u013e druh\u00e9ho stup\u0148a z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly),<\/li><li>u\u010dite\u013e pre ni\u017e\u0161ie stredn\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie, stredn\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie, \u00fapln\u00e9 stredn\u00e9 v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie, \u00fapln\u00e9 stredn\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie a u\u010dite\u013e pre vy\u0161\u0161ie odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie (u\u010dite\u013e strednej \u0161koly),<\/li><li>u\u010dite\u013e z\u00e1kladnej umeleckej \u0161koly,<\/li><li>u\u010dite\u013e jazykovej \u0161koly,<\/li><li>u\u010dite\u013e pre kontinu\u00e1lne vzdel\u00e1vanie (Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 317\/2009 Z. z., 13).<\/li><\/ol><p>U\u010dite\u013e je nielen d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm identifika\u010dn\u00fdm vzorom pre \u017eiakov, ale je aj sprostredkovate\u013eom nov\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u00a0poznatkov, osobou, ktor\u00e1 u\u010d\u00ed \u017eiakov u\u010di\u0165 sa a\u00a0vedie ich k\u00a0tomu, aby mali z\u00e1ujem si poznatky osvoji\u0165. Preto by u\u010dite\u013e mal disponova\u0165 primeran\u00fdmi teoretick\u00fdmi a\u00a0odborn\u00fdmi poznatkami z\u00a0viacer\u00fdch oblast\u00ed<em>: odborn\u00e9 vedomosti z\u00a0predmetov<\/em>, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u010duje, odborn\u00e9 <em>vedomosti t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa v\u00fdvinov\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk \u017eiakov<\/em>, poznatky a\u00a0<em>vedomosti t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa organiz\u00e1cie vyu\u010dovacej hodiny<\/em>, <em>poznatky z\u00a0oblasti didaktiky<\/em>, primerane rozvinut\u00e9 <em>jazykov\u00e9 a\u00a0re\u010dov\u00e9 schopnosti<\/em>, <em>poznatky z\u00a0oblasti hodnotenia<\/em> (Karikov\u00e1, 2001, s. 61).<\/p><p><strong>Predpoklady na v\u00fdkon pedagogickej \u010dinnosti<\/strong> a na v\u00fdkon odbornej \u010dinnosti s\u00fa: <em>kvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 predpoklady<\/em>, <em>bez\u00fahonnos\u0165<\/em>, <em>zdravotn\u00e1 sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165<\/em> a <em>ovl\u00e1danie \u0161t\u00e1tneho jazyka<\/em>. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci <strong>kvalifika\u010dn\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek <\/strong>mus\u00ed ma\u0165 u\u010dite\u013e ukon\u010den\u00e9 vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzdelanie 2. stup\u0148a a to bu\u010f u\u010dite\u013esk\u00e9ho smeru alebo neu\u010dite\u013esk\u00e9 vzdelanie a\u00a0doplnen\u00fa pedagogick\u00fa sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 (Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 317\/2009 Z. z., Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka \u010d. 437\/2009 Z.\u00a0z<em>.<\/em>).<\/p><p>V pedagogickej a\u00a0psychologickej literat\u00fare sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie popisuj\u00fa tieto <strong>po\u017eiadavky na osobnos\u0165 u\u010dite\u013ea, vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea: <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>zodpovedaj\u00face v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 a\u00a0odborn\u00e9 vzdelanie,<\/li><li>n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e9 pedagogicko-psychologick\u00e9 vzdelanie,<\/li><li>kladn\u00e9 povahov\u00e9, charakterov\u00e9 a\u00a0mravn\u00e9 vlastnosti, kladn\u00fd vz\u0165ah k\u00a0\u013eu\u010fom a\u00a0de\u0165om zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165,<\/li><li>niektor\u00ed autori prid\u00e1vaj\u00fa po\u017eiadavku v\u00fdkonovej sp\u00f4sobilosti, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee u\u010dite\u013e m\u00e1 by\u0165 odoln\u00fd vo\u010di z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei spojenej s\u00a0pedagogick\u00fdm povolan\u00edm.<\/li><\/ul><p>K v\u0161eobecne potrebn\u00fdm vlastnostiam okrem uveden\u00fdch patria na prvom mieste <em>l\u00e1ska k\u00a0de\u0165om<\/em> a\u00a0k\u00a0ml\u00e1de\u017ei a\u00a0<em>l\u00e1ska k\u00a0u\u010dite\u013esk\u00e9mu povolaniu<\/em>, \u010falej <em>zmysel pre spravodlivos\u0165 a <strong>objekt\u00edvnos\u0165<\/strong><\/em><strong>,<\/strong> <strong><em>empatia<\/em><\/strong><em>, <\/em><strong>pedagogick\u00fd takt<\/strong> (schopnos\u0165 vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea spr\u00e1vne reagova\u0165 vo vz\u0165ahu ku \u017eiakom), <strong>pedagogick\u00fd optimizmus<\/strong> (viera v\u00a0schopnosti \u017eiaka, orient\u00e1cia na \u017eiakove dobr\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, tzv. pygmalionsk\u00fd efekt), <strong>pedagogick\u00fd entuziazmus<\/strong>, zmysel pre humor a\u00a0schopnos\u0165 ma\u0165 <strong>autoritu<\/strong> u\u00a0\u017eiakov (Pokriv\u010d\u00e1kov\u00e1, 2000).<\/p><p>Pri v\u00fdkone pedagogickej \u010dinnosti je nevyhnutn\u00e9, aby pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec efekt\u00edvne spolupracoval s\u00a0rodi\u010dmi \u017eiakov, s\u00a0ostatn\u00fdmi kateg\u00f3riami pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancov svojej \u0161koly alebo \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho zariadenia a rovnako aj s\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edmi odborn\u00fdmi zamestnancami. \u00a0<strong>Kateg\u00f3rie odborn\u00fdch zamestnancov<\/strong> vymedzuje z\u00e1kon \u010d. 317\/2009 Z. z. nasledovne: <em>a)<\/em> psychol\u00f3g a \u0161kolsk\u00fd psychol\u00f3g, <em>b)<\/em> \u0161peci\u00e1lny pedag\u00f3g a ter\u00e9nny \u0161peci\u00e1lny pedag\u00f3g,<em> c)<\/em> kari\u00e9rov\u00fd poradca, <em>d)<\/em> logop\u00e9d a\u00a0\u0161kolsk\u00fd logop\u00e9d, <em>e)<\/em> lie\u010debn\u00fd pedag\u00f3g, <em>f)<\/em> soci\u00e1lny pedag\u00f3g.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Z\u00c1KLADY PEDAGOGIKY U\u010dite\u013e, vychov\u00e1vate\u013e Na osobnos\u0165 vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea i\u00a0u\u010dite\u013ea s\u00fa kladen\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 osobnostn\u00e9 i kvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky.
