Spo\u010diatku sa vo funkcii ministra spravodlivosti sna\u017eil organizova\u0165 svoju politiku tak, aby premenil monarchiu, ktor\u00e1 e\u0161te st\u00e1le bojovala s&nbsp;feudalizmom, na modern\u00fa demokraciu s&nbsp;modernou spr\u00e1vou. Ako liber\u00e1lne zm\u00fd\u0161\u013eaj\u00faci politik vystupoval pomerne r\u00e1zne vo\u010di separatistick\u00fdm snah\u00e1m Ma\u010farov i&nbsp;zjednocovac\u00edm snah\u00e1m Nemcov. Cie\u013eom jeho vn\u00fatornej politiky bolo centralizovan\u00e9 Rak\u00fasko s&nbsp;demokratickou \u00fastavou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V&nbsp;roku 1849 sa stal ministrom vn\u00fatra a&nbsp;musel sa zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 nad ot\u00e1zkou, \u010di je v\u00f4bec mo\u017en\u00e9 udr\u017ea\u0165 obrovsk\u00fa a&nbsp;mnohon\u00e1rodn\u00fa monarchiu, akou bolo Rak\u00fasko, aj nejako inak, ne\u017e prostredn\u00edctvom absolutizmu, aj ke\u010f osvietensk\u00e9ho. Po nastolen\u00ed <em>Bachovho absolutizmuu<\/em> (zn\u00e1my tie\u017e ako <em>bachovsk\u00fd absolutizmus <\/em>alebo<em> neoabsolutizmus<\/em>) bolo v\u0161etk\u00fdm zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee liber\u00e1lne obdobie m\u00e1 tento politik za sebou.
