Je to proces, ktor\u00fd sl\u00fa\u017ei na dosahovanie cie\u013eov organiz\u00e1cie prostredn\u00edctvom usmer\u0148ovania premeny vstupov, resp. zdrojov na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy. Vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa ho mana\u017e\u00e9ri, ktor\u00ed pomocou racion\u00e1lnych aktiv\u00edt vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa na zdroje, tieto kombinuj\u00fa a usiluj\u00fa sa zabezpe\u010di\u0165 ich efekt\u00edvnu transform\u00e1ciu (MAJT\u00c1N a\u00a0kol, 2016, 11).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0r\u00e1mci teoretick\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov, ktor\u00e9 sa sna\u017eia zoh\u013eadni\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 \u0161pecifik\u00e1 pojmu \u201emana\u017ement\u201c, m\u00f4\u017eeme vymedzi\u0165 tri skupiny defin\u00edci\u00ed (MAJT\u00c1N a kol, 2016, 14-15):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>Mana\u017ement ako vedenie \u013eud\u00ed &#8211; mana\u017ement znamen\u00e1 vykon\u00e1vanie \u00faloh (vec\u00ed) prostredn\u00edctvom pr\u00e1ce in\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Niekedy sa tento v\u00fdklad pojmu mana\u017ement zu\u017euje len na vedenie \u013eud\u00ed (leadership), \u010do je zna\u010dne redukovan\u00fd poh\u013ead.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>Mana\u017ement ako \u0161pecifick\u00e9 funkcie vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 riadiacimi pracovn\u00edkmi &#8211; zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje sa v\u00fdznam \u0161pecifick\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed (funkci\u00ed), ktor\u00e9 tvoria obsahov\u00fa n\u00e1pl\u0148 mana\u017e\u00e9rskej pr\u00e1ce. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa pl\u00e1novanie, organizovanie, rozhodovanie, vedenie \u013eud\u00ed, motiv\u00e1cia, koordin\u00e1cia, kontrola a niektor\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie \u010dinnosti.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>Mana\u017ement ako tvoriv\u00fd pr\u00edstup, predmet \u0161t\u00fadia a jeho \u00fa\u010del \u2013 preferuje sa ch\u00e1panie mana\u017ementu ako oblasti \u0161t\u00fadia postupov, ako najlep\u0161ie dosiahnu\u0165 ciele, resp. ako proces optimaliz\u00e1cie \u013eudsk\u00fdch, materi\u00e1lnych, finan\u010dn\u00fdch a informa\u010dn\u00fdch zdrojov na dosiahnutie cie\u013eov organiz\u00e1cie.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mana\u017e\u00e9r<\/strong> je definovan\u00fd ako \u010dlovek, ktor\u00e9ho prim\u00e1rnymi aktivitami s\u00fa mana\u017e\u00e9rske funkcie, pomocou ktor\u00fdch p\u00f4sob\u00ed na objekty mana\u017ementu, teda ako \u010dloveka, ktor\u00fd pl\u00e1nuje, organizuje, vedie a\u00a0kontroluje \u013eudsk\u00e9, finan\u010dn\u00e9 a\u00a0informa\u010dn\u00e9 zdroje (SEDL\u00c1K, 2012, 277).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na mana\u017e\u00e9ra v\u00a0oblasti eduk\u00e1cie sa klad\u00fa najm\u00e4 nasledovn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky (OBDR\u017d\u00c1LEK, HORV\u00c1THOV\u00c1 a\u00a0kol., 2004, 171):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>re\u0161pektova\u0165 r\u00e1mcov\u00e9 ciele a\u00a0z\u00e1sady ako i\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ie regulat\u00edvy \u0161kolskej politiky \u0161t\u00e1tu, regi\u00f3nu, obce, cirkvi alebo in\u00e9ho zria\u010fovate\u013ea,<\/li><li>ponech\u00e1va\u0165 maximum mo\u017enej auton\u00f3mie a dostatku rozhodovacieho procesu \u0161kole,<\/li><li>optim\u00e1lne uplat\u0148ova\u0165 kvalitat\u00edvnu zmenu v hodnotovej orient\u00e1cii \u0161koly od vzdel\u00e1vacieho obsahu k\u00a0rozvoju \u017eiaka a\u00a0kvality jeho \u017eivota,<\/li><li>ponech\u00e1va\u0165 maximum tvorivej slobody u\u010dite\u013eom a re\u0161pektova\u0165 osobnos\u0165 \u017eiakov,<\/li><li>uplat\u0148ova\u0165 princ\u00edp particip\u00e1cie na rozhodovan\u00ed a\u00a0princ\u00edp kooper\u00e1cie na riaden\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Eduk\u00e1ciu<\/strong> definujeme ako proces, ako \u013eudsk\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 zah\u0155\u0148a v\u00fdchovu a\u00a0vzdel\u00e1vanie, teda p\u00f4sobenie eduk\u00e1tora (toho, kto u\u010denie sprostredkov\u00e1va) na edukanta (toho, kto je u\u010den\u00fd). Eduka\u010dn\u00e9 procesy prebiehaj\u00fa v\u017edy v\u00a0ur\u010ditom eduka\u010dnom prostred\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 je dan\u00e9 jednak fyzik\u00e1lnymi podmienkami (detsk\u00e9 ihrisko, \u0161kolsk\u00e1 trieda, muze\u00e1lna expoz\u00edcia a\u00a0pod.) a\u00a0jednak z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdmi subjektami (\u017eiaci, u\u010ditelia, vychov\u00e1vatelia a\u00a0pod.). Z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00e9 subjekty v\u00a0eduka\u010dnom prostred\u00ed vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa sie\u0165 vz\u00e1jomn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov od ktor\u00fdch sa odv\u00edja eduka\u010dn\u00e1 kl\u00edma. Ke\u010f\u017ee eduk\u00e1cia prebieha najintenz\u00edvnej\u0161ie a najidentifikovate\u013enej\u0161ie v\u00a0prostred\u00ed \u0161koly, pedagogick\u00e1 te\u00f3ria sa prioritne zameriava na \u0161kolsk\u00fa eduk\u00e1ciu (PR\u016eCHA, 2015, 18).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Eduka\u010dn\u00fd mana\u017ement<\/strong> predstavuje pedagogick\u00fa discipl\u00ednu, ktor\u00e1 sa zaober\u00e1 teoretick\u00fdmi a\u00a0praktick\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami riadenia eduka\u010dn\u00fdch procesov za \u00fa\u010delom dosiahnutia a\u00a0zabezpe\u010denia \u010do najkvalitnej\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdstupov v\u00a0oblasti v\u00fdchovy a\u00a0vzdel\u00e1vania vo vz\u0165ahu k\u00a0edukantom. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm prvkom tohto sk\u00famania je aj optimaliz\u00e1cia vstupov (zdrojov), ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vynalo\u017een\u00e9 na dosiahnutie po\u017eadovan\u00fdch v\u00fdstupov.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u016fcha (2015, 146) definuje eduka\u010dn\u00fd mana\u017ement ako objas\u0148ovanie aktiv\u00edt vz\u0165ahuj\u00facich sa k\u00a0pl\u00e1novaniu, organizovaniu a\u00a0kontrole \u010dinnosti in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed tvoriacich vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m, pri\u010dom objas\u0148ovanie mus\u00edme ch\u00e1pa\u0165 nielen ako popis a\u00a0v\u00fdklad dan\u00fdch aktiv\u00edt, ale i\u00a0n\u00e1vrhy a\u00a0koncepcie na ich inov\u00e1ciu a\u00a0zdokona\u013eovanie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V kontexte syst\u00e9mu pedagogick\u00fdch discipl\u00edn (z\u00e1kladn\u00e9, hrani\u010dn\u00e9, aplikovan\u00e9) zara\u010fujeme eduka\u010dn\u00fd mana\u017ement medzi hrani\u010dn\u00e9 pedagogick\u00e9 discipl\u00edny. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee uveden\u00e1 discipl\u00edna sa nach\u00e1dza na pomedz\u00ed v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu a pedagogiky.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V odbornej literat\u00fare sa v s\u00favislosti s pojmom \u201emana\u017ement\u201c stret\u00e1vame aj s pojmom \u201eriadenie\u201c \u2013 pod\u013ea niektor\u00fdch autorov s\u00fa tieto pojmy synonymick\u00e9, pod\u013ea in\u00fdch je pojem \u201eriadenie\u201c \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm pojmom (bli\u017e\u0161ie pozri napr. (PISO\u0147OV\u00c1, 2014, 11)). Aj z\u00a0uveden\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu sa v\u00a0praxi stret\u00e1vame so synonymick\u00fdmi n\u00e1zvami eduka\u010dn\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu ako pedagogickej discipl\u00edny. Ide predov\u0161etk\u00fdm o\u00a0n\u00e1zvy ako: organiz\u00e1cia a\u00a0riadenie \u0161kolstva, organiz\u00e1cia vzdel\u00e1vania, mana\u017ement vzdel\u00e1vania, \u0161kolsk\u00fd mana\u017ement a\u00a0pod.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0zahrani\u010dnej literat\u00fare sa v\u00a0spojitosti s\u00a0pojmami eduka\u010dn\u00fd mana\u017ement (<em>educational management<\/em>) a\u00a0\u0161kolsk\u00fd mana\u017ement (<em>school management<\/em>) stret\u00e1vame aj s\u00a0pojmom \u201e\u0161kolsk\u00e1 administrat\u00edva\u201c (<em>school administration<\/em>). T\u00e1to spojitos\u0165 n\u00e1s priv\u00e1dza k\u00a0anal\u00fdze rozdielu medzi mana\u017ementom a\u00a0administrat\u00edvou. Vo v\u0161eobecnosti m\u00f4\u017eeme uvies\u0165, \u017ee \u0161kolsk\u00e1 administrat\u00edva sa t\u00fdka tvorby polit\u00edk, pl\u00e1nov a\u00a0koncepci\u00ed\u00a0 na \u00farovni verejnej spr\u00e1vy, ktor\u00e9 \u0161kolsk\u00fd mana\u017ement aplikuje do praxe. V\u00a0tomto zmysle m\u00f4\u017eeme \u0161kolsk\u00fa administrat\u00edvu sp\u00e1ja\u0165 s\u00a0makroriaden\u00edm \u0161kolstva a \u0161kolsk\u00fd mana\u017ement s\u00a0mikroriaden\u00edm \u0161kolstva.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z d\u00f4vodu terminologick\u00e9ho a praktick\u00e9ho spresnenia m\u00f4\u017eeme eduka\u010dn\u00fd mana\u017ement v\u00a0r\u00e1mci zamerania rozdeli\u0165 na:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>mana\u017ement \u0161kolstva<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd sa zaober\u00e1 najm\u00e4 ot\u00e1zkami makroriadenia, ktor\u00e9 znamen\u00e1 riadenie \u0161kolstva org\u00e1nmi verejnej spr\u00e1vy (\u0161t\u00e1tna spr\u00e1va a\u00a0\u00fazemn\u00e1 samospr\u00e1va),<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>mana\u017ement \u0161koly<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9ho predmetom z\u00e1ujmu s\u00fa ot\u00e1zky mikroriadenia, teda riadenia vzdel\u00e1vacej in\u0161tit\u00facie \u2013 \u0161koly (resp. \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho zariadenia),<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>mana\u017ement triedy<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd sa zameriava na pr\u00e1cu triedneho u\u010dite\u013ea vo vz\u0165ahu k\u00a0\u017eiakom a\u00a0riadeniu triedy.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ako poukazuj\u00fa Obdr\u017e\u00e1lek, Horv\u00e1thov\u00e1 a\u00a0kol. (2004, 176-177), mana\u017ement \u0161koly a\u00a0mana\u017ement triedy m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 za s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 celkov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu \u0161kolstva. V\u00a0ich pon\u00edman\u00ed je:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Mana\u017ement \u0161kolstva<\/strong> \u0161pecificky orientovan\u00fd na syst\u00e9m riadenia a\u00a0spr\u00e1vy \u0161kolstva v\u00a0jednote v\u0161etk\u00fdch jeho str\u00e1nok a\u00a0aspektov. Patr\u00ed do\u0148 najm\u00e4 riadenie v\u00fdchovy a\u00a0vzdel\u00e1vania v\u00a0rezorte \u0161kolstva, materi\u00e1lnych a\u00a0finan\u010dn\u00fdch zdrojov, zabezpe\u010denie potreby vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch slu\u017eieb, marketingu, pr\u00e1vneho r\u00e1mca vzdel\u00e1vania, person\u00e1lnej pr\u00e1ce a\u00a0vedenie \u013eud\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Mana\u017ement \u0161koly<\/strong> ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 celkov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu \u0161kolstva orientovan\u00fd na problematiku vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho riadenia \u0161koly, ktor\u00e9 sleduje zabezpe\u010di\u0165 jej \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom: programu v\u00fdchovy a\u00a0vzdel\u00e1vania \u0161koly, v\u00a0dodr\u017eiavan\u00ed z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych predpisov, v\u00a0zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed plnenia pracovn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed zamestnancov \u0161koly, v\u00a0zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed person\u00e1lnych, ekonomick\u00fdch a\u00a0materi\u00e1lno-technick\u00fdch podmienok, vo vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed podmienok na pozit\u00edvnu kult\u00faru in\u0161tit\u00facie a\u00a0dobr\u00e9 medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy. Patr\u00ed sem taktie\u017e spr\u00e1vne uplat\u0148ovanie kompetenci\u00ed riadite\u013ea a\u00a0jeho z\u00e1stupcov a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zamestnancov v\u00a0\u0161kole, usmer\u0148ovanie org\u00e1nov \u0161koly ako je pedagogick\u00e1 rada, metodick\u00e9 org\u00e1ny, rada \u0161koly, \u010dinnos\u0165 v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradcu a\u00a0triedneho u\u010dite\u013ea, spolupr\u00e1ca s\u00a0partnermi \u0161koly a\u00a0pod.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mana\u017ement triedy<\/strong> orientovan\u00fd predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na \u010dinnos\u0165 triedneho u\u010dite\u013ea, ktor\u00e1 spo\u010d\u00edva v organizovan\u00ed podmienok, procesov a \u010dinnost\u00ed v \u0161kolskej triede.
