V\u00fdsledkom bola nespokojnos\u0165 a\u00a0konflikty. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu sa pozornos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9rov za\u010dala s\u00fastre\u010fova\u0165 na \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdroje, medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy a\u00a0spr\u00e1vanie \u013eud\u00ed. Za\u010dal sa rozv\u00edja\u0165 <em>pr\u00edstup medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov<\/em> (zd\u00f4raz\u0148oval re\u0161pektovanie \u013eudskej d\u00f4stojnosti, rozvoj \u013eudsk\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu a v\u00e4zby na soci\u00e1lne prostredie) ako aj <em>behavioristick\u00fd pr\u00edstup<\/em> (zd\u00f4raz\u0148oval vedeck\u00fd pr\u00edstup k\u00a0sk\u00famaniu \u013eudsk\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania, v\u00fdznam psychol\u00f3gie a\u00a0sociol\u00f3gie a\u00a0d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 v\u00fdskumov na z\u00edskanie poznatkov). Za hlavn\u00fdch predstavite\u013eov m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 M. P. Folletov\u00fa, Ch. Barnarda, E. Maya a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom behavioristickej \u0161koly bolo prehodnotenie pr\u00edstupov vedeck\u00e9ho a administrat\u00edvneho mana\u017ementu, ktor\u00e9 pokladali pracovn\u00edka za technick\u00fd, resp. in\u017einiersky probl\u00e9m (MAJT\u00c1N, 2016, 47-49).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ako uv\u00e1dza M.
