Tento proces bol podmienen\u00fd na jednej strane riaden\u00edm modernej, zna\u010dne rozvinutej v\u00fdroby a\u00a0na druhej strane rozvojom rozli\u010dn\u00fdch smerov vedy a\u00a0techniky. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci tejto te\u00f3rie sa k\u00a0problematike riadenia vyprofilovali tieto pr\u00edstupy k\u00a0riadeniu (SEDL\u00c1K, 2012, 59-64):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Rozhodovac\u00ed pr\u00edstup k\u00a0mana\u017ementu<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd vych\u00e1dza z\u00a0predstavy, \u017ee jadrom riadenia je prij\u00edmanie rozhodnut\u00ed, pri\u010dom v\u00a0tejto s\u00favislosti sa s\u00fastre\u010fuje na dva probl\u00e9my, a\u00a0to na: (1) vypracovanie racion\u00e1lneho postupu rozhodovania a (2) na vypracovanie tak\u00fdch sp\u00f4sobov rozhodovania, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017enia prij\u00edmanie \u010do najlep\u0161\u00edch rie\u0161en\u00ed z\u00a0pon\u00fakan\u00fdch variantov, a\u00a0to najm\u00e4 prostredn\u00edctvom met\u00f3d psychologick\u00e9ho a\u00a0matematick\u00e9ho charakteru.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Matematick\u00fd pr\u00edstup k\u00a0mana\u017ementu <\/strong>s\u00favis\u00ed s\u00a0uplat\u0148ovan\u00edm matematick\u00fdch modelov, formalizovan\u00fdch met\u00f3d a\u00a0algoritmizovate\u013en\u00fdch postupov na rie\u0161enie \u00faloh riadenia prostredn\u00edctvom opera\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu, ktor\u00fd sa s\u00fastre\u010fuje na vypracovanie matematick\u00fdch modelov pre naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa vyskytuj\u00face \u00falohy.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Syst\u00e9mov\u00fd pr\u00edstup k\u00a0mana\u017ementu <\/strong>by mal sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 ako r\u00e1mec na integr\u00e1ciu r\u00f4znych poznatkov o\u00a0riaden\u00ed.
