Autormi t\u00fdchto materi\u00e1lov boli predov\u0161etk\u00fdm expertn\u00e9 skupiny odborn\u00edkov, ktor\u00e9 boli vytvoren\u00e9 na ministerstve.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do roku 1990 bol z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm koncep\u010dn\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom dokument <em>\u010eal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj \u010deskoslovenskej v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacej s\u00fastavy<\/em>, ktor\u00fd bol schv\u00e1len\u00fd v\u00a0roku 1976 \u00dastredn\u00fdm v\u00fdborom Komunistickej strany \u010ceskoslovenska.
