megatrendy v\u00fdvoja spolo\u010dnosti; ciele N\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho programu v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania v SR; medzin\u00e1rodno-pr\u00e1vne v\u00fdchodisk\u00e1 \u0161t\u00e1tnej politiky v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania v Slovenskej republike do roku 2015; zmeny v pedagogickom myslen\u00ed a ch\u00e1pan\u00ed postavenia die\u0165a\u0165a a u\u010dite\u013ea \u2013 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 podmienka \u00faspechu N\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho programu v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania; v\u00fdvoj s\u00fastavy v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed v rokoch 1995-2015 \u2013 progn\u00f3za a n\u00e1vrh realiza\u010dn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed; financovanie vzdel\u00e1vania v rokoch 1995 \u2013 2015; soci\u00e1lna politika vo vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed; z\u00e1sady a program tvorby legislat\u00edvy vzdel\u00e1vania na Slovensku; zodpovednos\u0165 za realiz\u00e1ciu \u0161t\u00e1tnej strat\u00e9gie v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania; projekt realiz\u00e1cie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projekt Kon\u0161tant\u00edn vych\u00e1dzal z liber\u00e1lneho po\u0148atia z\u00e1kladu spolo\u010dnosti, ktor\u00fd tvor\u00ed slobodn\u00fd jednotlivec, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 prim\u00e1rnu zodpovednos\u0165 za svoje vzdel\u00e1vanie, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee naplni\u0165 uplatnen\u00edm pr\u00e1va v\u00fdberu typu vzdelania a \u0161koly. \u0160t\u00e1t prest\u00e1va by\u0165 univerz\u00e1lnym poskytovate\u013eom \u017eivotn\u00fdch ist\u00f4t, preto je vzdel\u00e1vanie ch\u00e1pan\u00e9 ako verejn\u00e1 slu\u017eba.
