vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed (\u0161kolsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon) a o zmene a doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov<\/em> v \u00a7 4, a\u00a0to:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>z\u00edska\u0165 vzdelanie pod\u013ea z\u00e1kona,<\/li><li>z\u00edska\u0165 kompetencie v oblasti komunika\u010dn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed, vyu\u017e\u00edvania digit\u00e1lnych technol\u00f3gi\u00ed, komunik\u00e1cie v \u0161t\u00e1tnom jazyku, cudzom jazyku a v n\u00e1rodnostnej \u0161kole, n\u00e1rodnostnej triede alebo v n\u00e1rodnostnom \u0161kolskom zariaden\u00ed aj v jazyku n\u00e1rodnostnej men\u0161iny,<\/li><li>z\u00edska\u0165 kompetencie najm\u00e4 v oblasti pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch vied, humanitn\u00fdch vied, technick\u00fdch vied, matematickej gramotnosti, finan\u010dnej gramotnosti, \u010ditate\u013eskej gramotnosti, pohybu a zdravia, kompetencie k celo\u017eivotn\u00e9mu u\u010deniu, soci\u00e1lne kompetencie, umeleck\u00e9 kompetencie, ob\u010dianske kompetencie a podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 schopnosti,<\/li><li>ovl\u00e1da\u0165 anglick\u00fd jazyk a aspo\u0148 jeden \u010fal\u0161\u00ed cudz\u00ed jazyk a vedie\u0165 ich pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165,<\/li><li>nau\u010di\u0165 sa spr\u00e1vne identifikova\u0165 a analyzova\u0165 probl\u00e9my a navrhova\u0165 ich rie\u0161enia a vedie\u0165 ich rie\u0161i\u0165,<\/li><li>rozv\u00edja\u0165 manu\u00e1lne zru\u010dnosti, tvoriv\u00e9, umeleck\u00e9 psychomotorick\u00e9 schopnosti, aktu\u00e1lne poznatky a pracova\u0165 s nimi na praktick\u00fdch cvi\u010deniach v oblastiach s\u00favisiacich s nadv\u00e4zuj\u00facim vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm alebo s aktu\u00e1lnymi po\u017eiadavkami na trhu pr\u00e1ce,<\/li><li>posil\u0148ova\u0165 \u00factu k rodi\u010dom a ostatn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m, ku kult\u00farnym a n\u00e1rodn\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m a trad\u00edci\u00e1m \u0161t\u00e1tu, ktor\u00e9ho je ob\u010danom, k \u0161t\u00e1tnemu jazyku, k materinsk\u00e9mu jazyku a k svojej vlastnej kult\u00fare,<\/li><li>z\u00edska\u0165 a posil\u0148ova\u0165 \u00factu k \u013eudsk\u00fdm pr\u00e1vam a vz\u0165ah k prevencii a zamedzeniu vzniku a \u0161\u00edrenia kriminality a inej protispolo\u010denskej \u010dinnosti,<\/li><li>pripravi\u0165 sa na zodpovedn\u00fd \u017eivot v slobodnej spolo\u010dnosti, v duchu porozumenia a zn\u00e1\u0161anlivosti, rovnosti mu\u017ea a \u017eeny, priate\u013estva medzi n\u00e1rodmi, n\u00e1rodnostn\u00fdmi a etnick\u00fdmi skupinami a n\u00e1bo\u017eenskej tolerancie,<\/li><li>nau\u010di\u0165 sa rozv\u00edja\u0165 a kultivova\u0165 svoju osobnos\u0165 a celo\u017eivotne sa vzdel\u00e1va\u0165, pracova\u0165 v skupine a prebera\u0165 na seba zodpovednos\u0165,<\/li><li>nau\u010di\u0165 sa kontrolova\u0165 a regulova\u0165 svoje spr\u00e1vanie, stara\u0165 sa a chr\u00e1ni\u0165 svoje zdravie vr\u00e1tane zdravej v\u00fd\u017eivy a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a re\u0161pektova\u0165 v\u0161e\u013eudsk\u00e9 etick\u00e9 hodnoty,<\/li><li>z\u00edska\u0165 v\u0161etky inform\u00e1cie o pr\u00e1vach die\u0165a\u0165a a sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 na ich uplat\u0148ovanie.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00a0h\u013eadiska te\u00f3rie mana\u017ementu m\u00f4\u017eeme definova\u0165 \u201emana\u017e\u00e9ra\u201c v\u00a0u\u017e\u0161om zmysle ako vrcholov\u00e9ho predstavite\u013ea spolo\u010dnosti (v na\u0161om pr\u00edpade je Toto \u0161ir\u0161ie ch\u00e1panie je aj v\u00a0s\u00falade s\u00a0dikciou <em>z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019 o pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancoch a odborn\u00fdch zamestnancoch a o zmene a doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov<\/em>, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ved\u00facim pedagogick\u00fdm zamestnancom je (\u00a7 39 ods. 1 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>riadite\u013e,<\/li><li>z\u00e1stupca riadite\u013ea,<\/li><li>hlavn\u00fd majster odbornej v\u00fdchovy,<\/li><li>ved\u00faci vychov\u00e1vate\u013e.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ved\u00facim odborn\u00fdm zamestnancom je (\u00a7 39 ods. 2 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>riadite\u013e,<\/li><li>z\u00e1stupca riadite\u013ea,<\/li><li>ved\u00faci odborn\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medzi k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 \u00falohy mana\u017e\u00e9ra zara\u010fujeme predov\u0161etk\u00fdm rozhodovanie. Mana\u017ement \u00a0m\u00f4\u017eeme preto pova\u017eova\u0165 za postupn\u00e9, cie\u013eavedom\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vanie rozhodnut\u00ed na dosiahnutie stanoven\u00e9ho cie\u013ea.
