Profesijn\u00fd rozvoj je celo\u017eivotn\u00fdm procesom, po\u010das ktor\u00e9ho doch\u00e1dza k\u00a0rozvoju osobnostn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed, profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed a celkov\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu pre pedagogick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 do jedine\u010dnej \u0161trukt\u00fary sebarealizuj\u00faceho sa profesion\u00e1la. Profesion\u00e1lny rozvoj m\u00f4\u017ee prebieha\u0165 spont\u00e1nne ako prirodzen\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 osobnostn\u00e9ho rozvoja, ale aj ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 vplyvu vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia (PAVLOV, 2013, 26-27).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ako poukazuje S. \u010ceretkov\u00e1 a\u00a0kol. (2019, 53-54), d\u00f4raz na rozv\u00edjanie kompetenci\u00ed u\u010dite\u013ea v\u00a0kontexte osobnostn\u00fdch a\u00a0odborn\u00fdch kval\u00edt \u00fazko s\u00favis\u00ed aj s\u00a0akceler\u00e1ciou modelu vzdelanostnej spolo\u010dnosti. Nejde tu teda len o\u00a0zabezpe\u010dovanie \u00farov\u0148ov\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed v\u00a0oblasti kvality \u0161koly, ale predov\u0161etk\u00fdm o\u00a0motiv\u00e1ciu u\u010dite\u013ea zvl\u00e1da\u0165 n\u00e1roky v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu v\u00a0aktu\u00e1lnych spolo\u010densk\u00fdch podmienkach. V\u00a0oblasti profesijn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania u\u010dite\u013eov sa pod\u013ea nej do popredia dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa tieto trendy:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>profesijn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava u\u010dite\u013eov mus\u00ed by\u0165 v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti zameran\u00e1 komplexne na koncep\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie,<ul><li>\u0161kola by mala ma\u0165 prepracovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u010fal\u0161ieho vzdel\u00e1vania, ktor\u00fd zoh\u013ead\u0148uje potreby a z\u00e1ujmy samotn\u00e9ho u\u010dite\u013ea,<\/li><li>zamera\u0165 sa na vhodn\u00e9 pedagogick\u00e9 strat\u00e9gie, reflektuj\u00face individualitu a jedine\u010dnos\u0165 pedag\u00f3ga,<\/li><li>s narastaj\u00facimi v\u00fdchovn\u00fdmi probl\u00e9mami by malo by\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie vzdel\u00e1vanie u\u010dite\u013eov realizovan\u00e9 v kooper\u00e1cii so \u0161pecialistami v oblasti pedagogiky a psychol\u00f3gie,<\/li><li>v\u00fdznamnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u010fal\u0161ieho vzdel\u00e1vania je implement\u00e1cia relevantn\u00fdch poznatkov zo zahrani\u010dia a re\u00e1lna sk\u00fasenos\u0165 u\u010dite\u013eov zo st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a \u0161tudijn\u00fdch pobytov v zahrani\u010d\u00ed,<\/li><li>meniaca sa rola u\u010dite\u013ea z\u00e1rove\u0148 vy\u017eaduje, aby boli ocenen\u00e9 aj in\u00e9 \u00falohy, ktor\u00e9 u\u010ditelia okrem samotnej v\u00fdu\u010dby vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa,<\/li><li>d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je hodnotenie pr\u00e1ce \u017eiakov zo strany u\u010dite\u013ea, vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 poskytovanie sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby,<\/li><li>nevyhnutn\u00e1 je tie\u017e reflexia u\u010dite\u013ea v kontexte pr\u00e1ce kolegov, vlastn\u00e1 sebareflexia a akt\u00edvna komunik\u00e1cia s rodi\u010dovskou komunitou.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1kon <em>\u010d. 138\/2019 o pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancoch a odborn\u00fdch zamestnancoch a o zmene a doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov<\/em> deklaruje nasledovn\u00e9 formy profesijn\u00e9ho rozvoja &#8211; vzdel\u00e1vania pedagogick\u00fdch (ale aj odborn\u00fdch) zamestnancov, ktor\u00e9 prebiehaj\u00fa bu\u010f ako ucelen\u00fd program alebo program \u010dlenen\u00fd na moduly (z\u00e1kladn\u00fd a\u00a0roz\u0161iruj\u00faci) v\u00a0prezen\u010dnej, di\u0161tan\u010dnej alebo kombinovanej forme:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Kvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/strong> (\u00a7 43 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 jeho cie\u013eom je z\u00edskanie vzdelania, ktor\u00fdm pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec a odborn\u00fd zamestnanec v pr\u00edslu\u0161nom stupni vy\u017eadovan\u00e9ho vzdelania z\u00edska kvalifika\u010dn\u00fd predpoklad na v\u00fdkon pracovnej \u010dinnosti (napr. vyu\u010dovanie \u010fal\u0161\u00edch aproba\u010dn\u00fdch predmetov (roz\u0161iruj\u00face \u0161t\u00fadium), v\u00fdkon \u010dinnosti v\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ej kateg\u00f3rii pedagogick\u00e9ho zamestnanca (dopl\u0148uj\u00face pedagogick\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadium), v\u00fdkon \u010dinnosti v triedach a \u0161kol\u00e1ch pre deti a \u017eiakov so \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edmi potrebami a\u00a0pod.).<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Funk\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie <\/strong>(\u00a7 47 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 jeho cie\u013eom je z\u00edskanie profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed na v\u00fdkon \u010dinnosti ved\u00faceho pedagogick\u00e9ho zamestnanca alebo ved\u00faceho odborn\u00e9ho zamestnanca. Mana\u017e\u00e9rske portf\u00f3lio je s\u00fabor dokladov o z\u00edskan\u00ed profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed vy\u017eadovan\u00fdch na v\u00fdkon \u010dinnosti ved\u00faceho pedagogick\u00e9ho zamestnanca alebo ved\u00faceho odborn\u00e9ho zamestnanca, ktor\u00fdmi s\u00fa doklady o absolvovanom \u010fal\u0161om vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed, dokumenty preukazuj\u00face postupy pri v\u00fdkone \u010dinnosti ved\u00faceho pedagogick\u00e9ho zamestnanca alebo ved\u00faceho odborn\u00e9ho zamestnanca alebo potvrdenie o vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed vy\u017eadovan\u00fdch profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdch sebavzdel\u00e1van\u00edm alebo v\u00fdkonom pracovnej \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e9 vyd\u00e1va zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>\u0160pecializa\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/strong> (\u00a7 49 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 jeho cie\u013eom je z\u00edskanie profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed potrebn\u00fdch na v\u00fdkon \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed (napr. v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce triedneho u\u010dite\u013ea, v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradcu, uv\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pedagogick\u00e9ho zamestnanca, ved\u00faceho metodick\u00e9ho zdru\u017eenia a\u00a0pod.).<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Adapta\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie <\/strong>(\u00a7 51 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 cie\u013eom adapta\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania je z\u00edskanie profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed potrebn\u00fdch na v\u00fdkon pracovnej \u010dinnosti v kari\u00e9rovom stupni samostatn\u00fd pedagogick\u00fd zamestnanec a samostatn\u00fd odborn\u00fd zamestnanec. Toto vzdel\u00e1vanie sa t\u00fdka predov\u0161etk\u00fdm za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facich zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa do adapta\u010dn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania zaraden\u00ed do piatich dn\u00ed od vzniku pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Predatesta\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/strong> (\u00a7 53 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 jeho cie\u013eom je z\u00edskanie profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed na zaradenie do vy\u0161\u0161ieho kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho stup\u0148a.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Inova\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/strong> (\u00a7 55 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 jeho cie\u013eom je preh\u013abenie, roz\u0161\u00edrenie a inov\u00e1cia profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed potrebn\u00fdch na v\u00fdkon pracovnej \u010dinnosti v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej kateg\u00f3rii alebo v podkateg\u00f3rii pedagogick\u00e9ho zamestnanca, alebo v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej kateg\u00f3rii odborn\u00e9ho zamestnanca; alebo uplatnenie najnov\u0161\u00edch poznatkov alebo sk\u00fasenost\u00ed z praxe vo v\u00fdchove a vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Aktualiza\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/strong> (\u00a7 55 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 138\/2019) \u2013 jeho cie\u013eom je udr\u017eiavanie alebo obnovovanie profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed potrebn\u00fdch na v\u00fdkon pracovnej \u010dinnosti; z\u00edskanie nov\u00fdch vedomost\u00ed a inform\u00e1ci\u00ed o zmen\u00e1ch v pr\u00e1vnych predpisoch, v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch programoch, pedagogickej dokument\u00e1cii a \u010fal\u0161ej dokument\u00e1cii alebo z\u00edskanie nov\u00fdch vedomost\u00ed a zru\u010dnost\u00ed v konkr\u00e9tnej oblasti pracovnej \u010dinnosti.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00a0h\u013eadiska praktickej realiz\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017eeme uvies\u0165, \u017ee v\u00a0podmienkach Slovenskej republiky na z\u00e1klade vykonanej anal\u00fdzy prebiehalo profesijn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie v\u00a0rokoch 1996 \u2013 2013 v\u00a0nasledovn\u00fdch modeloch (PAVLOV a\u00a0kol., 2018, 91-92):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd model<\/strong> \u2013 spo\u010d\u00edva v\u00a0rozvoji zru\u010dnost\u00ed a technokratickom poh\u013eade na vyu\u010dovanie. Vzdel\u00e1vanie poskytuje sk\u00fasen\u00fd u\u010dite\u013e, ktor\u00fd rozhoduje o obsahu vzdel\u00e1vania, pri\u010dom \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci s\u00fa sk\u00f4r pas\u00edvni.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Model zabezpe\u010duj\u00faci kredity, finan\u010dn\u00e9 alebo in\u00e9 benefity<\/strong> &#8211; ide predov\u0161etk\u00fdm vzdel\u00e1vanie (napr. funk\u010dn\u00e9, \u0161pecializa\u010dn\u00e9,&#8230;) poskytovan\u00e9 akreditovan\u00fdmi vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edmi in\u0161tit\u00faciami alebo univerzitami. Za jeho nedostatok sa poklad\u00e1 najm\u00e4 jeho \u201eakademick\u00e1 orient\u00e1cia\u201c na \u00fakor \u201eprofesijnej orient\u00e1cie\u201c.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Kask\u00e1dov\u00fd model<\/strong> &#8211; vzdel\u00e1vanie poskytuj\u00fa individu\u00e1lni u\u010ditelia, ktor\u00ed absolvuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 aktivity a z\u00edskan\u00e9 poznatky odovzd\u00e1vaj\u00fa u\u010dite\u013eom. V tomto pr\u00edpade ide op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 o technokratick\u00fd pr\u00edstup.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Mentorsk\u00fd model <\/strong>&#8211; vzdel\u00e1vanie prebieha tak, \u017ee sk\u00fasen\u00fd u\u010dite\u013e mentoruje za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00faceho kolegu formou odovzd\u00e1vania poznatkov, alebo v\u00fdmenou sk\u00fasenosti a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Samotn\u00e1 realiz\u00e1cia profesijn\u00e9ho rozvoja pedagogick\u00fdch zamestnancov, najm\u00e4 jej formy a\u00a0modely, s\u00fa z\u00e1visl\u00e9 od viacer\u00fdch \u010dinite\u013eov, najm\u00e4 od prostredia \u0161koly, vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch potrieb, kult\u00farnej kl\u00edmy a\u00a0pod. Realiz\u00e1cia profesijn\u00e9ho rozvoja si vy\u017eaduje nielen osobnostn\u00e9 predpoklady (ochota vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 sa, rozv\u00edja\u0165 zru\u010dnosti,&#8230;), ale aj in\u0161titucion\u00e1lnu podporu (kompetentn\u00e9 riadenie, materi\u00e1lne zabezpe\u010denie a\u00a0finan\u010dn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010denie a\u00a0pod.). V\u00a0tejto s\u00favislosti uv\u00e1dza S. \u010ceretkov\u00e1 a\u00a0kol. (2019, 58-59) \u201e\u0161kolsk\u00e9 desatoro\u201c, t.j. s\u00fabor podmienok, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa plnohodnotn\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu profesijn\u00e9ho rozvoja s\u00a0cie\u013eom neust\u00e1leho zvy\u0161ovania kvality eduk\u00e1cie:<\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kompetentn\u00e9 riadenie \u0161koly v podobe prosoci\u00e1lnej osobnosti riadite\u013ea, ktor\u00fd disponuje adekv\u00e1tnymi mor\u00e1lno-v\u00f4\u013eov\u00fdmi vlastnos\u0165ami, odborn\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165ami v riadiacej pr\u00e1ci a\u00a0pedagogick\u00fdm taktom ku v\u0161etk\u00fdm pracovn\u00edkom \u0161koly a \u017eiakom.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jasne stanoven\u00e1 hierarchia v realizovan\u00ed kompetenci\u00ed v\u00a0riadiacej pr\u00e1ci rozlo\u017een\u00e1 person\u00e1lne na jednotliv\u00e9 oblasti \u0161koly.
