Marketingov\u00fd mix je s\u00fabor taktick\u00fdch marketingov\u00fdch n\u00e1strojov &#8211; v\u00fdrobkovej, cenovej, distribu\u010dnej a komunika\u010dnej politiky, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa firme upravi\u0165 ponuku pod\u013ea priania z\u00e1kazn\u00edka na cie\u013eovom trhu. Marketingov\u00fd mix definujeme tie\u017e ako vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 nasadenie n\u00e1strojov v\u00fdrobkovej, cenovej, distribu\u010dnej a komunika\u010dnej politiky s cie\u013eom dosiahnu\u0165 \u010do najlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledok na trhu \u00a0(MIKLO\u0160OV\u00c1, 2017, 29-30).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marketingov\u00fd mix ako s\u00fabor marketingov\u00fdch n\u00e1strojov na dosiahnutie marketingov\u00fdch cie\u013eov na cie\u013eovom trhu\u00a0 v\u00a0podmienkach vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed obsahuje nasledovn\u00e9 prvky (PISO\u0147OV\u00c1 a\u00a0kol., 2021, 191-194), (EGER, 2021, 19-25):<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Produkt <\/strong>(Product) &#8211; v na\u0161om pr\u00edpade je produktom vzdel\u00e1vacia slu\u017eba. Vzdel\u00e1vacie slu\u017eby m\u00f4\u017eeme rozdeli\u0165 na dve kateg\u00f3rie: <em> z\u00e1kladn\u00e9<\/em>, ktor\u00e9 sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu (kurikulum, vzdel\u00e1vacie met\u00f3dy, ciele, hodnotenie, informovanie) a\u00a0<em>2. doplnkov\u00e9<\/em>, kde m\u00f4\u017eeme zaradi\u0165 z\u00e1ujmov\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie, kr\u00fa\u017eky, \u0161kolsk\u00e9 v\u00fdlety, exkurzie. Pri poskytovan\u00ed vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch slu\u017eieb mus\u00edme bra\u0165 do \u00favahy ich \u0161pecifik\u00e1, a\u00a0to: <em>1. nehmotnos\u0165<\/em> &#8211; nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ich v\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, mera\u0165 alebo ich inak kvantifikova\u0165, pri\u010dom eduka\u010dn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly s\u00fa zhmotnen\u00fdmi prostriedkami ved\u00facimi k vzdel\u00e1vacej slu\u017ebe; <em>2. pominute\u013enos\u0165<\/em> \u2013 pokia\u013e \u017eiak neabsolvuje vzdel\u00e1vanie, m\u00f4\u017ee ho absolvova\u0165 v tej istej forme znova (v s\u00fa\u010dasnej dobe sa v\u0161ak do popredia dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne formy online vzdel\u00e1vania); <em>3. neoddelite\u013enos\u0165<\/em> &#8211; vzdel\u00e1vacie slu\u017eby nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 oddeli\u0165 od ich poskytovate\u013ea (u\u010dite\u013ea, lektora), pri\u010dom ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 svoju osobn\u00fa kapacitu, \u00a0ktor\u00e1 je limitovan\u00e1 a men\u00ed sa v \u010dase; <em>4.<\/em> <em>heterogenita<\/em>, ktor\u00e1 znamen\u00e1 mal\u00fa mieru \u0161tandardiz\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 s\u00favis\u00ed najm\u00e4 s r\u00f4znymi vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edmi programami, akredita\u010dn\u00fdmi dokumentami, vn\u00fatorn\u00fdmi predpismi a\u00a0pod.; <em>5. vlastn\u00edctvo <\/em>&#8211; vzdel\u00e1vaciu slu\u017ebu nem\u00f4\u017eeme vlastni\u0165, \u00a0m\u00e1me k nej iba ur\u010dit\u00fd pr\u00edstup.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><strong>Cena <\/strong>(Price) \u2013 ak poskytujeme vzdel\u00e1vaciu slu\u017ebu a chceme ju pon\u00faknu\u0165 vo vy\u0161\u0161ej cenovej rel\u00e1cii, osobnos\u0165 u\u010dite\u013ea, lektora, ale aj cel\u00fd servis, ktor\u00fd je spojen\u00fd so vzdel\u00e1vacou slu\u017ebou, mus\u00ed zodpoveda\u0165 n\u00e1rokom vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch cenov\u00fdch skup\u00edn.
