Spolo\u010dn\u00fdm menovate\u013eom\nt\u00fdchto pr\u00e1c je v\u0161ak osobnos\u0165 praktikanta, cvi\u010dn\u00e9ho u\u010dite\u013ea a metodick\u00fd\nn\u00e1vod na realiz\u00e1ciu pedagogickej praxe v eduka\u010dnej realite cvi\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z publik\u00e1ci\u00ed upozor\u0148uje na probl\u00e9m absentuj\u00facej legislat\u00edvnej\n\u00fapravy pedagogickej praxe. Legislat\u00edvne z\u00e1zemie realiz\u00e1cie pedagogickej\npraxe by prispelo k vyv\u00e1\u017eenosti v pr\u00edprave bud\u00facich u\u010dite\u013eov a stabiliz\u00e1cii\nv rozvoji profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed praktikantov. Ur\u010denie minim\u00e1lnych\npodmienok v realiz\u00e1cii pedagogickej praxe by vytvorilo priestor i pre\nkreovanie cvi\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l, adekv\u00e1tne fi nan\u010dn\u00e9 a spolo\u010densk\u00e9 ocenenie\npr\u00e1ce cvi\u010dn\u00fdch u\u010dite\u013eov a zabezpe\u010denie ich \u010fal\u0161ieho nevyhnutn\u00e9ho\nvzdel\u00e1vania. V kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku by skvalitnilo pregradu\u00e1lnu pr\u00edpravu\nu\u010dite\u013eov na v\u00fdkon svojho povolania.
