Th e personality of the trainee and the teachertrainer\nas well as the methodological instructions for the realization of this\ntraining in the realm of training schools are all common denominators\nof the above mentioned works. Each publication points out the problem\nof non-existing legislative regulation of the pedagogical training process.\nLegislative background of pedagogical trainin\u00b4g process would positively\ncontribute to the balanced preparation of future teachers and stabilize the\ndevelopment of professional competencies of the trainees. Setting up the\nminimal conditions of the pedagogical training process would also create\na platform for creation of training schools, for adequate fi nancial reward\nof the trainer-teachers work as well as secure their further necessary\neducation. In the end it would improve the quality of pre-gradual\npreparation of teachers for their future profession. Th e quality of pregradual\npreparation directly infl uences the quality of educational work\nitself as well as the quality of the whole society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pedagogical training is an important and inherent part of pre-gradual\npreparation of teachers and therefore it is necessary to address it now and\nin the future by preparing textbooks, methodological manuals and by\nperforming research projects dealing with the issues of the realization of\npedagogical training and the development of professional competencies\nof university students \u2013 future teachers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PEDAGOGICK\u00c1 PRAX V PREGRADU\u00c1LNEJ PR\u00cdPRAVE U\u010cITE\u013dOV Summary The essence and the importance of pedagogical training in pre-gradual preparation of teachers have been described in a number of research studies as well as in several publications that look at this issue from various points of view.
