Je ak\u00fdmsi pomyseln\u00fdm mostom medzi teoretickou a&nbsp; praktickou pr\u00edpravou. Rovnako ako lek\u00e1r, i u\u010dite\u013e mus\u00ed realizova\u0165 svoju praktick\u00fa pr\u00edpravu v re\u00e1lnom prostred\u00ed a s re\u00e1lnymi subjektmi. V tomto pr\u00edpade plat\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1cvik v modelov\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch realizovan\u00fd po\u010das teoretickej pr\u00edpravy vo vysoko\u0161kolskom \u0161t\u00fadiu nie je posta\u010duj\u00faci k rozvoju profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed. Profesijn\u00e9 kompetencie sa za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa utv\u00e1ra\u0165 v procese pregradu\u00e1lnej pr\u00edpravy a \u010falej sa rozv\u00edjaj\u00fa v re\u00e1lnej eduka\u010dnej praxi pri v\u00fdkone u\u010dite\u013esk\u00e9ho povolania. Hypoteticky tu plat\u00ed kovarian\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1vislos\u0165 medzi d\u013a\u017ekou pedagogickej praxe u\u010dite\u013ea a stup\u0148om rozvoja jeho profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed. Miera vz\u00e1jomnej v\u00e4zby medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma segmentmi je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 od viacer\u00fdch faktorov. Pregradu\u00e1lna pr\u00edprava u\u010dite\u013ea a po\u010das nej realizovan\u00e1 pedagogick\u00e1 prax je jedn\u00fdm z d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch faktorov ovplyv\u0148uj\u00facich jeho eduka\u010dn\u00fa prax a rozvoj profesijn\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed. Je preto potrebn\u00e9 venova\u0165 realiz\u00e1cii pedagogickej praxe dostato\u010dn\u00fa pozornos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publik\u00e1cia sa sklad\u00e1 zo \u0161tyroch nosn\u00fdch kapitol, ktor\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa jednak samotn\u00fd proces realiz\u00e1cie pedagogickej praxe, ale taktie\u017e osobnos\u0165<br>vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta \u2013 praktikanta a faktory determinuj\u00face rozvoj jeho osobnosti po\u010das realiz\u00e1cie pedagogickej praxe. Prv\u00e1 kapitola sa zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ea nad osobnos\u0165ou vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta. Predklad\u00e1 jeho charakteristiku z viacer\u00fdch uhlov poh\u013eadu. Zameriava sa na charakteristiku dosiahnut\u00e9ho typu dospelosti, najm\u00e4 z poz\u00edcie psychickej a sociologickej dospelosti. Proces formovania osobnosti je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm a \u0161pecifi ck\u00fdm procesom, ktor\u00fd sa uskuto\u010d\u0148uje prostredn\u00edctvom psychick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja a jeho v\u00fdsledok z\u00e1vis\u00ed od vz\u00e1jomnej interakcie zrenia a u\u010denia jedinca. Pedagogick\u00e1 prax umo\u017e\u0148uje vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9mu \u0161tudentovi aplikova\u0165 teoretick\u00e9 poznatky v procese \u010dinnostn\u00e9ho a z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9ho u\u010denia, rozv\u00edja\u0165 profesijn\u00e9 kompetencie, ale aj osobnostne dozrieva\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom sebahodnotenia a sebarefl exie. Kapitola predstavuje r\u00f4zne taxon\u00f3mie a typol\u00f3gie \u0161tudentov a kompar\u00e1ciu tradi\u010dn\u00fdch a netradi\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161tudentov s ich vn\u00edman\u00edm a realiz\u00e1ciou pedagogickej praxe. Zameriava sa na oblas\u0165 motiv\u00e1cie ako rozhoduj\u00faceho faktora, jednak pri samotnom formovan\u00ed osobnosti vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta, a taktie\u017e pri formovan\u00ed osobnosti praktikanta v realiz\u00e1cii pedagogickej praxe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Druh\u00e1 kapitola sa zaober\u00e1 jednotliv\u00fdmi faktormi, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa osobnos\u0165 vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta v realiz\u00e1cii pedagogickej praxe. Pedagogick\u00e1 prax do ve\u013ekej miery ovplyv\u0148uje kvalitu vyu\u010dovacieho procesu na cvi\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a nesk\u00f4r aj na \u0161kol\u00e1ch, kde bude absolvent pracova\u0165 u\u017e ako u\u010dite\u013e. V uvedomen\u00ed si d\u00f4le\u017eitosti tejto my\u0161lienky je potrebn\u00e9 analyzova\u0165 faktory, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu pedagogickej praxe z poz\u00edcie praktikanta. Chyby, ktor\u00e9 vo vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed \u017eiakov v cvi\u010dnej \u0161kole sp\u00f4sob\u00ed praktikant po\u010das pedagogickej praxe, maj\u00fa dopad na rozvoj ich osobnost\u00ed a ich odstr\u00e1nenie \u010di minimaliz\u00e1cia je nesk\u00f4r ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Kapitola sa preto venuje z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm faktorom, ktor\u00e9 vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa na osobnos\u0165 praktikanta v procese pregradu\u00e1lnej pr\u00edpravy i realiz\u00e1cie pedagogickej praxe. Pozornos\u0165 venuje osobnosti vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho u\u010dite\u013ea a jeho vz\u0165ahu k \u0161tudentom ako najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161iemu faktoru formuj\u00faceho osobnos\u0165 vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch \u0161tudentov. Rovnako zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje i postavenie vrstovn\u00edkov, rodiny, akademick\u00e9ho prostredia a samotn\u00e9ho vyu\u010dovacieho procesu realizovan\u00e9ho v pregradu\u00e1lnej pr\u00edprave u\u010dite\u013eov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tretia kapitola predstavuje teoretick\u00e9 vymedzenia pojmu pedagogick\u00e1 prax prostredn\u00edctvom kompar\u00e1cie jednotliv\u00fdch defi n\u00edcii a identifi k\u00e1cie<br>ich spolo\u010dn\u00fdch znakov. Z vytvorenej defi n\u00edcie n\u00e1sledne stanovuje cie\u013e, funkcie a \u00falohy pedagogickej praxe, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre jej kvalitn\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu a rozvoj osobnosti praktikanta. Praktikant spolo\u010dne s vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdmi u\u010dite\u013emi, ktor\u00ed zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa teoretick\u00fa pr\u00edpravu a osvojovanie si poznatkov jednak z pedagogick\u00fdch a psychologick\u00fdch discipl\u00edn, ale taktie\u017e poznatkov z vedn\u00fdch odborov predstavuj\u00facich aproba\u010dn\u00e9 predmety, a s cvi\u010dn\u00fdmi u\u010dite\u013emi s\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi subjektmi pedagogickej praxe. Kapitola sa zaober\u00e1 jednotliv\u00fdmi \u010dinnos\u0165ami cvi\u010dn\u00fdch u\u010dite\u013eov, ktor\u00ed v realiz\u00e1cii pedagogickej praxe naj\u010dastej\u0161ie vystupuj\u00fa v troch z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch rol\u00e1ch, a to vzoru, poradcu a hodnotite\u013ea. Predklad\u00e1 charakteristiku \u201edobr\u00e9ho cvi\u010dn\u00e9ho u\u010dite\u013ea\u201c ako ide\u00e1lnej osobnosti zabezpe\u010duj\u00facej kvalitn\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu pedagogickej praxe a rozvoj osobnosti praktikanta. V realiz\u00e1cii pedagogickej praxe sa osobnos\u0165 praktikanta vyv\u00edja, je preto prirodzen\u00e9 h\u013eada\u0165 v nej ur\u010dit\u00fa logick\u00fapostupnos\u0165 a nadv\u00e4znos\u0165. V kapitole s\u00fa charakterizovan\u00e9 dve z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 f\u00e1zy realiz\u00e1cie pedagogickej praxe. V prvej f\u00e1ze praktikant pr\u00edchodom na cvi\u010dn\u00fa \u0161kolu najprv spozn\u00e1va jej prostredie, pozoruje podmienky a proces v nej realizovan\u00fd, n\u00e1sledne ho spolo\u010dne s cvi\u010dn\u00fdm u\u010dite\u013eom analyzuje a hodnot\u00ed. V druhej f\u00e1ze sa prostredn\u00edctvom konzult\u00e1ci\u00ed pripravuje na svoj pedagogick\u00fd v\u00fdstup v konkr\u00e9tnej vyu\u010dovacej hodine, v\u00fdstup realizuje a v z\u00e1vere spolo\u010dne s cvi\u010dn\u00fdm u\u010dite\u013eom uskuto\u010d\u0148uje rozbor a hodnotenie s vyu\u017eit\u00edm sebahodnotenia a sebareflexie nielen vlastnej eduka\u010dnej pr\u00e1ce konkr\u00e9tnej vyu\u010dovacej jednotky, ale aj v nadv\u00e4znosti na z\u00edskan\u00e9 teoretick\u00e9 poznatky zo \u0161t\u00fadia. Obidve tieto f\u00e1zy sa v\u0161ak nerealizuj\u00fa izolovane, a preto je mo\u017en\u00e9 identifi kova\u0165 viacer\u00e9 druhy a typy pedagogickej praxe. V z\u00e1vere kapitola predklad\u00e1 faktory ovplyv\u0148uj\u00face realiz\u00e1ciu pedagogickej praxe v diferenci\u00e1cii na vertik\u00e1lne a horizont\u00e1lne, od najv\u0161eobecnej\u0161\u00edch, \u010do predstavuje spolo\u010dnos\u0165 a jej vn\u00edmanie a ocenenie pr\u00e1ce u\u010dite\u013ea, a\u017e \u0161pecifi ck\u00e9, teda cvi\u010dn\u00e9ho u\u010dite\u013ea a praktikanta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Portf\u00f3lio pedagogickej praxe je rie\u0161enou problematikou poslednej kapitoly. V kapitole s\u00fa vymedzen\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pojmy s\u00favisiace jednak s profesijn\u00fdm portf\u00f3liom, \u0161tudentsk\u00fdch portf\u00f3liom v pregradu\u00e1lnej pr\u00edprave u\u010dite\u013eov, ale taktie\u017e s portf\u00f3liom, ktor\u00e9 spracov\u00e1va praktikant. Kapitola predklad\u00e1 charakteristiku jednotliv\u00fdch druhov portf\u00f3li\u00ed, ich funkci\u00ed a komponentov. V konkretiz\u00e1cii jednotliv\u00fdch komponentov predstavuje s\u00fabor pr\u00e1c a \u010dinnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 praktikant realizuje v procese spracov\u00e1vania portf\u00f3lia z pedagogickej praxe. V\u00fdznam portf\u00f3lia prekra\u010duje hranice individuality praktikanta, preto\u017ee v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sl\u00fa\u017ei k vo\u013ebe nov\u00fdch strat\u00e9gi\u00ed a met\u00f3d vysoko\u0161kolskej v\u00fdu\u010dby a skvalit\u0148ovania nielen realiz\u00e1cie pedagogickej praxe, ale aj pregradu\u00e1lnej pr\u00edpravy u\u010dite\u013eov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na tomto mieste patr\u00ed \u00faprimn\u00e9 po\u010fakovanie recenzentk\u00e1m, doc.
