data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Univerzity a vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly s\u00fa povinn\u00e9 u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 \u0161t\u00fadium \u0161tudentom so zdravotn\u00fdm postihnut\u00edm alebo so \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi potrebami. <strong>U\u013eah\u010denie <\/strong>znamen\u00e1 <strong>zmenu, \u00fapravu<\/strong> alebo <strong>ponuku in\u00e9ho rie\u0161enia<\/strong>, ne\u017e je v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie, s ktor\u00fdm sa \u0161tudenti stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UCM poskytuje podporn\u00e9 slu\u017eby pre t\u00fdch \u0161tudentov so \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi potrebami (\u010falej \u0160\u0160P), ktor\u00ed si <strong>po\u017eiadaj\u00fa o schv\u00e1lenie \u0161tat\u00fatu \u0161tudenta so \u0160P<\/strong> (<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/e-ucebnice.ff.ucm.sk\/index.php\/prirucka-specificke-potreby-6-1\/\">pozri postup v kap. 6.1<\/a><\/span>).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pr\u00e1va \u0161tudentov<\/strong> a <strong>z\u00e1sady rovnak\u00e9ho zaobch\u00e1dzania<\/strong> s\u00fa zakotven\u00e9 v z\u00e1kone o vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a v Z\u00e1kone \u010d. 365\/2004 Z.z. o rovnakom zaobch\u00e1dzan\u00ed v niektor\u00fdch oblastiach a o ochrane pred diskrimin\u00e1ciou a o zmene a doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov (antidiskrimina\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1kon: uveden\u00e9 z\u00e1kony plat\u00ed:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>\u0160tudenti so zdravotn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodnen\u00edm a \u0161tudenti so \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi potrebami maj\u00fa <strong>pr\u00e1vo na<\/strong> <strong>primeran\u00e9 individu\u00e1lne<\/strong> <strong>prisp\u00f4sobenie miesta<\/strong> vzdel\u00e1vania, <strong>vyu\u010dovania<\/strong>, u\u010debn\u00fdch <strong>pom\u00f4cok<\/strong> a <strong>sk\u00fa\u0161ok<\/strong> s cie\u013eom zabezpe\u010di\u0165 rovnak\u00e9 mo\u017enosti vzdel\u00e1vania a v\u00fdchovy. Toto pr\u00e1vo sa vz\u0165ahuje na prisp\u00f4sobenie, ktor\u00e9 nepredstavuje neprimeran\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e pre vzdel\u00e1vacie in\u0161tit\u00facie.<\/li><li><strong>Prisp\u00f4sobenie <\/strong><strong>nesmie vies\u0165 k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu akademick\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek<\/strong> jednotliv\u00fdch programov.<\/li><li><strong>Rozhodnutia o prisp\u00f4soben\u00ed sa pova\u017euj\u00fa za<\/strong> <strong>individu\u00e1lne rozhodnutia<\/strong> s pr\u00e1vom na odvolanie.<\/li><li><em>\u201c\u0160tudent, ktor\u00fd s\u00fahlas\u00ed s vyhodnoten\u00edm svojich \u0161pecifick\u00fdch potrieb, m\u00e1 pod\u013ea rozsahu a druhu \u0161pecifickej potreby <strong>n\u00e1rok na podporn\u00e9 slu\u017eby<\/strong>, najm\u00e4 na:<\/em><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>zabezpe\u010denie mo\u017enosti vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165<strong> \u0161pecifick\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vacie prostriedky<\/strong>,<\/em><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>individu\u00e1lne vzdel\u00e1vacie pr\u00edstupy<\/em><\/strong><em>, najm\u00e4 individu\u00e1lnu v\u00fdu\u010dbu vybran\u00fdch predmetov pre \u0161tudentov so zmyslov\u00fdm postihnut\u00edm,<\/em><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>osobitn\u00e9 podmienky <\/em><\/strong><em>na vykon\u00e1vanie \u0161tudijn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed bez zni\u017eovania po\u017eiadaviek na \u0161tudijn\u00fd v\u00fdkon,<\/em><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>individu\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup<\/em><\/strong><em> vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch u\u010dite\u013eov,<\/em><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>odpustenie \u0161koln\u00e9ho<\/em><\/strong><em> v od\u00f4vodnite\u013en\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch, ak ide o \u0161t\u00fadium dlh\u0161ie, ako je \u0161tandardn\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho \u0161tudijn\u00e9ho programu\u201d <\/em>(Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 131\/2002 Z. z., \u00a7 100, bod (4) &#8211;
