Inkl\u00fazia v intenci\u00e1ch spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho poh\u013eadu znamen\u00e1 vytvorenie bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a re\u0161pektuj\u00faceho prostredia, ktor\u00e9 prij\u00edma \u013eud\u00ed tak\u00fdch, ak\u00ed s\u00fa. Predpokladom tejto spolo\u010denskej a kult\u00farnej akcept\u00e1cie a rovn\u00e9ho zaobch\u00e1dzania je vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 porozumenie a tolerancia. V\u00fdsledkom \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9ho inkluz\u00edvneho pr\u00edstupu je pocit ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jedinca, \u017ee je prirodzenou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou spolo\u010dnosti.\u00a0 V podstate nehovor\u00edme iba o akejsi tichej tolerancii inakosti, ale o poskytovan\u00ed akt\u00edvnej podpory, v\u010faka ktorej \u013eudia m\u00f4\u017eu zo seba vyda\u0165 to najlep\u0161ie a sta\u0165 sa adekv\u00e1tnymi \u010dlenmi spolo\u010dnosti. Proces inkl\u00fazie zap\u00e1ja ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednotlivca do procesov a \u010dinnost\u00ed konkr\u00e9tnej skupiny \u010di organiz\u00e1cie.\u00a0 Tento kult\u00farny posun potom vytv\u00e1ra organiz\u00e1cie s vy\u0161\u0161ou v\u00fdkonnos\u0165ou pr\u00e1ve v\u010faka motivovan\u00fdm \u010dlenk\u00e1m \u010di \u010dlenom, p\u00f4sobiacich v jednotliv\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch. V podmienkach slovensk\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l je ch\u00e1pan\u00e1 ako inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup v oblasti vzdel\u00e1vania, ktor\u00fd predov\u0161etk\u00fdm zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje pr\u00e1vo ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta a \u0161tudentky na kvalitn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie.<\/p><p>Eduka\u010dn\u00e1 inkl\u00fazia zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje pr\u00e1vo ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta a \u0161tudentky na kvalitn\u00fa eduk\u00e1ciu. Je to flexibiln\u00fd proces s cie\u013eom tvori\u0165 tak\u00e9 eduka\u010dn\u00e9 prostredie, v ktorom je mo\u017en\u00e9 uspokoji\u0165 r\u00f4znorod\u00e9 eduka\u010dn\u00e9 potreby ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jedinca bez v\u00fdnimky. V\u010faka plnohodnotnej \u00fa\u010dasti \u0161tudentstva so \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi potrebami na eduka\u010dnom procese je predpoklad zvy\u0161ova\u0165 \u00faspe\u0161nos\u0165 t\u00fdchto \u0161tudentov a \u0161tudentiek a predch\u00e1dza\u0165 ich di\u0161tancovaniu sa napr. od vzdelania. Do eduka\u010dnej inkl\u00fazie patria v\u0161etci \u0161tudenti a \u0161tudentky bez oh\u013eadu na ich fyzick\u00e9, intelektu\u00e1lne, emocion\u00e1lne, soci\u00e1lne, jazykov\u00e9 alebo in\u00e9 podmienky, bez rozdielu farby pleti, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstva, postihnutia, poruchy, soci\u00e1lneho z\u00e1zemia, nadania \u010di pohlavia.<\/p><p>Inkluz\u00edvna univerzita by mala fungova\u0165 ako pr\u00edstupn\u00e1, tvoren\u00e1 a dostupn\u00e1 in\u0161tit\u00facia s\u00a0kooperuj\u00facim vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdm u\u010dite\u013estvom, ktor\u00e9 zdie\u013ea spolo\u010dn\u00fa filozofiu. Jedn\u00fdm z d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do by sme k inkluz\u00edvnemu vzdel\u00e1vaniu na vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch mali smerova\u0165 je skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee kvalitu \u017eivota \u0161tudentstva s postihnut\u00edm v\u00fdrazne ovplyv\u0148uje aj kvalita ich vzdel\u00e1vania. Person\u00e1lne zdroje a erudovanos\u0165 odborn\u00edkov s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdmi faktormi \u00faspe\u0161nej inkl\u00fazie. (Lop\u00fachov\u00e1 a\u00a0kol., 2016). Vzh\u013eadom k\u00a0tejto skuto\u010dnosti sme na Katedre pedagogiky FF UCM v\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu KEGA 004-UCM-4\/2022 \u201ePodpora zdravia a pohody \u0161tudentov prostredn\u00edctvom inkluz\u00edvnej eduk\u00e1cie na terci\u00e1rnom stupni\u201c pripravili metodick\u00fa pr\u00edru\u010dku pre vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 u\u010dite\u013estvo s\u00a0cie\u013eom prezentova\u0165 metodiku pr\u00e1ce so \u0161tudentstvom so \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi potrebami v\u00a0eduka\u010dnom procese. Metodick\u00e1 pr\u00edru\u010dka bola spracovan\u00e1 na z\u00e1klade platnej legislat\u00edvy a\u00a0dostupnej odbornej literat\u00fary najm\u00e4 autoriek \u00a0Belikov\u00e1, V. &#8211; Zelen\u00e1, H. &#8211; Babulicov\u00e1, Z. 2012., Belkov\u00e1, V. 2015, \u00a0Lop\u00fachov\u00e1, J. \u2013 Kraj\u010d\u00ed, P. 2014., Lop\u00fachov\u00e1, J. a kol. 2016, Zelinkov\u00e1, O. 2010.<\/p><p>Inkluz\u00edvne vzdel\u00e1vanie by malo ka\u017ed\u00e9mu jednotlivcovi, a teda aj jednotlivcovi so zdravotn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodnen\u00edm zabezpe\u010dova\u0165 pr\u00e1vo \u0161tudova\u0165 na vysokej \u0161kole zvolen\u00fd \u0161tudijn\u00fd program, ak spln\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 podmienky prijatia na \u0161t\u00fadium, \u010fal\u0161ie podmienky ur\u010den\u00e9 vysokou \u0161kolou poskytuj\u00facou zvolen\u00fd \u0161tudijn\u00fd program, pr\u00edp. in\u00e9 podmienky. Pr\u00e1va ustanoven\u00e9 pr\u00e1vnymi normami sa zaru\u010duj\u00fa rovnako v\u0161etk\u00fdm uch\u00e1dza\u010dom a \u0161tudentom v s\u00falade so z\u00e1sadou rovnak\u00e9ho zaobch\u00e1dzania vo vzdelan\u00ed.
