\u017eivotn\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, je potrebn\u00e9 smerova\u0165 centrum pozornosti aj k\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm zlo\u017ek\u00e1m komunik\u00e1cie. Zlo\u017eky komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu definuj\u00fa vo svojich publik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch nieko\u013ek\u00ed teoretici, a\u00a0preto sa s\u00fastred\u00edme na zaznamenanie predov\u0161etk\u00fdm spolo\u010dn\u00fdch menovate\u013eov vystihuj\u00facich podstatu neodmyslite\u013en\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed spomenut\u00e9ho procesu.\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Za z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu pova\u017eujeme: (G\u00e1borov\u00e1 \u2013 G\u00e1borov\u00e1, 2007, s. 77-78)<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li><strong>Komunik\u00e1tora<\/strong> \u2013 ten kto komunikuje, zdroj \u0161\u00edrenia inform\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Komunik\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 obsah inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Komunika\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l<\/strong> \u2013 sp\u00f4sob prenosu inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Komunikanta<\/strong> \u2013 pr\u00edjemca inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vy\u0161\u0161ie definovan\u00e9 zlo\u017eky determinuj\u00fa cel\u00fd priebeh komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Pri realiz\u00e1cii komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu vo v\u0161eobecnom v\u00fdzname je nevyhnutn\u00e9 identifikova\u0165 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm \u0161\u00edrite\u013ea konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie definovan\u00e9ho naj\u010dastej\u0161ie ako komunik\u00e1tor. Komunik\u00e1tor predstavuje neodmyslite\u013en\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 procesu komunikovania. Uveden\u00e1 osoba prezentuje r\u00f4zne inform\u00e1cie, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa obsiahnut\u00e9 naj\u010dastej\u0161ie my\u0161lienky, postoje, n\u00e1zory odzrkad\u013euj\u00face v\u00a0r\u00f4znej miere subjekt\u00edvne pon\u00edmanie komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu adresovan\u00e9ho pr\u00edjemcovi alebo pr\u00edjemcom. Na z\u00e1klade uveden\u00e9ho z\u00e1rove\u0148 nevynech\u00e1vame z\u00a0centra pozornosti ani konkr\u00e9tnu\u00a0 inform\u00e1ciu predstavuj\u00facu obsah komunik\u00e1cie. Konkr\u00e9tnu inform\u00e1ciu vytv\u00e1raj\u00facu obsah komunik\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fd je komunikovan\u00fd komunik\u00e1torom v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese, ozna\u010dujeme komunik\u00e9. Komunik\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uje priebeh procesu komunik\u00e1cie, a\u00a0podie\u013ea sa na celkovom subjekt\u00edvnom pon\u00edman\u00ed prebiehaj\u00facej interakcie rovnako z\u00a0poh\u013eadu komunik\u00e1tora, ako aj z\u00a0poh\u013eadu adres\u00e1tov komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu. Charakter, no hlavne\u00a0obsah komunikovan\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed ovplyv\u0148uje subjekt\u00edvny poh\u013ead \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu na vz\u00e1jomn\u00fa interakciu. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 rozli\u0161ovanie medzi \u0161irok\u00fdm spektrom inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, s\u00a0ktor\u00fdmi jedinec prich\u00e1dza dennodenne do kontaktu. Obsah komunik\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 preto prepojen\u00fd s\u00a0r\u00f4znymi oblas\u0165ami \u017eivota \u010dloveka a\u00a0prostredn\u00edctvom konkr\u00e9tnej \u017eivotnej situ\u00e1cie jedinec pon\u00edma aj inform\u00e1cie v\u00a0priebehu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Pripisuje im r\u00f4znu mieru d\u00f4le\u017eitosti z\u00a0poh\u013eadu komunik\u00e1tora, ale aj optikou pr\u00edjemcu komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu. Komunik\u00e9 m\u00e1 v\u017edy svojho pr\u00edjemcu \u010di nieko\u013ek\u00fdch pr\u00edjemcov. Pr\u00edjemca komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie je definovan\u00fd ako komunikant. Prij\u00edmanie inform\u00e1cii v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese jednou alebo viacer\u00fdmi osobami je nutn\u00e9 pova\u017eova\u0165 za nevyhnutnos\u0165. Od pr\u00edjemcov komunikovan\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ako aj od komunik\u00e1torov z\u00e1vis\u00ed aj sp\u00f4sob priebehu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Preto poukazujeme na rozmanit\u00e9 mo\u017enosti a sp\u00f4soby realiz\u00e1cie komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Sp\u00f4sob prenosu konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie od komunik\u00e1tora ku komunikantovi je ozna\u010dovan\u00fd ako komunika\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l. V\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti nast\u00e1va rozvoj sp\u00f4sobov komunikovania aj v\u010faka napredovaniu v\u00fdvoja modern\u00fdch informa\u010dn\u00fdch a\u00a0komunika\u010dn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00facich r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed spojenie jedincov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efekt\u00edvna realiz\u00e1cia komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu je determinovan\u00e1 p\u00f4soben\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade, ak by sme v\u00a0prebiehaj\u00facej interakcii nedok\u00e1zali rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 niektor\u00fa z\u00a0charakterizovan\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek, nem\u00f4\u017eeme hovori\u0165 o\u00a0priebehu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zlo\u017eky komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu identifikuj\u00fa Hasajov\u00e1, Porub\u010danov\u00e1 a\u00a0Bil\u010d\u00edk (2020, s. 17) zjednodu\u0161en\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom nasledovne:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li><strong>Zdroj (komunik\u00e1tor)<\/strong> \u2013 jedinec alebo skupina odovzd\u00e1vaj\u00faca konkr\u00e9tnu my\u0161lienku druh\u00e9mu jedincovi alebo skupine.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Ur\u010denie (komunikant, pr\u00edjemca)<\/strong> \u2013 pr\u00edjemcom konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie v\u00a0priebehu procesu komunik\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 jedinec alebo skupina.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Ozn\u00e1menie (komunik\u00e9)<\/strong> \u2013 my\u0161lienka vyjadrovan\u00e1 rozmanit\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi.<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dop\u013a\u0148ame, \u017ee pri ucelenom definovan\u00ed komunik\u00e1cie ako procesu mus\u00edme zoh\u013ead\u0148ova\u0165 aj komunika\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l predstavuj\u00faci sp\u00f4sob prenosu komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie. Konkr\u00e9tne realizovan\u00fd sp\u00f4sob prenosu komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie ovplyv\u0148uje celkov\u00fd charakter priebehu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu je pri podrobnej\u0161om vymedzen\u00ed procesu komunik\u00e1cie nevyhnutn\u00e9 venova\u0165 samostatn\u00fa pozornos\u0165 mo\u017enostiam a\u00a0sp\u00f4sobom vyjadrovania komunik\u00e9. Komunika\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l pova\u017eujeme za neoddelite\u013en\u00fa zlo\u017eku komunik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harausov\u00e1 (2013, s. 19) sa zameriava na vymedzenie priebehu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu v\u00a0organiz\u00e1cii. Nevyhnutnou podmienkou realiz\u00e1cie spomenut\u00e9ho procesu je:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li>Odosielate\u013e inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n \t<li>Prij\u00edmate\u013e inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pri identifikovan\u00ed procesu komunik\u00e1cie okrem odosielate\u013ea a\u00a0prij\u00edmate\u013ea nesmieme zab\u00fada\u0165 ani na komunikovan\u00fd obsah a\u00a0v\u00a0neposlednom rade na sp\u00f4sob prenosu konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie. Okrem spom\u00ednan\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek zara\u010fuje spomenut\u00e1 autorka ku komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu aj nasleduj\u00face prvky (Harausov\u00e1, 2013, s. 19):<\/p>\n\n<ol type=\"a\">\n \t<li>Zmyslupln\u00e1 inform\u00e1cia (z\u00e1klad predn\u00e1\u0161anej spr\u00e1vy)<\/li>\n \t<li>Odosielate\u013e inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n \t<li>Forma prenosu (komunika\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l)<\/li>\n \t<li>Prij\u00edmate\u013e inform\u00e1cie<\/li>\n \t<li>Sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avizovan\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00edrenie z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch akt\u00e9rov komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu o\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ie zlo\u017eky pova\u017eujeme za nevyhnutn\u00e9. Prij\u00edmate\u013e a\u00a0odosielate\u013e komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu s\u00fa nevyhnutnou podmienkou realiz\u00e1cie spomenut\u00e9ho procesu, no iba uveden\u00ed akt\u00e9ri bez \u010fal\u0161ej vz\u00e1jomnej interakcie nenap\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa podstatu realiz\u00e1cie procesu komunik\u00e1cie. Ak chceme identifikova\u0165 proces komunik\u00e1cie, je potrebn\u00e9 identifikova\u0165 aj konkr\u00e9tnu inform\u00e1ciu &#8211; predmet komunik\u00e1cie. Ako neoddelite\u013en\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu vn\u00edmame aj sp\u00f4sob komunik\u00e1cie medzi participuj\u00facimi akt\u00e9rmi. Na z\u00e1klade sp\u00f4sobu prenosu komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie dok\u00e1\u017eeme rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 druhy komunikovania, a m\u00f4\u017eeme podrobnej\u0161ie analyzova\u0165 podstatu uveden\u00e9ho procesu z\u00a0r\u00f4znych uhlov poh\u013eadu. V\u00a0neposlednom rade poznamen\u00e1vame, \u017ee v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese zast\u00e1va nenahradite\u013en\u00e9 miesto aj sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba. Pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese indikuje vn\u00edmanie komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu, a\u00a0preto ju m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 za v\u00fdznamn\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 komunikovania. Z\u00a0uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee o\u00a0sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zbe m\u00f4\u017eeme hovori\u0165 ako o\u00a0reakcii na komunikovan\u00fd obsah. Vyjadrovanie reakcie na komunikovan\u00fd obsah sa m\u00f4\u017ee uskuto\u010d\u0148ova\u0165 rovnako slovn\u00fdm, ako aj mimoslovn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. Aj z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu je potrebn\u00e9 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci komunikovania venova\u0165 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa pozornos\u0165 rozmanit\u00fdm reakci\u00e1m vyskytuj\u00facim sa u pr\u00edjemcov komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cf22b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1cf22b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>V\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese identifikujeme 4 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky.
