Existuje nieko\u013eko krit\u00e9ri\u00ed pri klasifikovan\u00ed komunik\u00e1cie. V\u00a0na\u0161ej publik\u00e1cii sa zameriavame na identifikovanie vybran\u00fdch druhov komunik\u00e1cie prostredn\u00edctvom nasleduj\u00facich krit\u00e9ri\u00ed:<\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V\u0161eobecn\u00e9 h\u013eadisko<\/strong> \u2013 pri \u010dlenen\u00ed komunik\u00e1cie zo v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska vych\u00e1dzame zo\u00a0v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Krit\u00e9riom rozl\u00ed\u0161enia jednotliv\u00fdch druhov komunik\u00e1cie z\u00a0uveden\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska je v\u0161eobecn\u00fd kontext priebehu procesu komunik\u00e1cie, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ktor\u00e9ho zoh\u013ead\u0148ujeme a\u00a0rozli\u0161ujeme naj\u010dastej\u0161ie prostredie, v\u00a0ktorom prebieha komunik\u00e1cia, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu, obsah komunik\u00e1cie. Ak sa zameriavame na kategoriz\u00e1cie komunik\u00e1cie v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edm charakterizovan\u00edm spomenut\u00e9ho procesu v\u00a0eduka\u010dnej realite, tak rozli\u0161ujeme soci\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu, pedagogick\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu a\u00a0r\u00e9toriku.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pou\u017eit\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky<\/strong> \u2013 druh\u00e9 zvolen\u00e9 krit\u00e9rium \u010dlenenia komunik\u00e1cie predstavuje vyu\u017e\u00edvanie komunika\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov. Rozli\u0161ovanie prostriedkov, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00fdch je realizovan\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia, podrobnej\u0161ie vymedzuje komunikovanie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na vyjadrovan\u00ed konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie. Vyu\u017e\u00edvanie komunika\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov umo\u017e\u0148uje vyjadrenie konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie, a\u00a0jej n\u00e1sledne odovzdanie adres\u00e1tovi alebo adres\u00e1tom. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu je potrebn\u00e9 rozli\u0161ova\u0165, ak\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u00a0procese komunik\u00e1cie. Pod\u013ea pou\u017e\u00edvania komunika\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov rozli\u0161ujeme verb\u00e1lnu a\u00a0neverb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u010clenenie komunik\u00e1cie s\u00a0exaktnej\u0161\u00edm charakterizovan\u00edm komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu zo v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska upozor\u0148ujeme na ni\u017e\u0161ie uveden\u00e9 rozdelenie komunik\u00e1cie (Danek, 2014, s. 21-23):<\/p><p><strong>1) soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 je vymedzen\u00e1 ako prvotn\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 komunik\u00e1cie. Soci\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu charakterizujeme ako komunik\u00e1ciu dvoch, alebo aj viacer\u00fdch os\u00f4b realizovan\u00fa v\u00a0konkr\u00e9tnom spolo\u010denskom prostred\u00ed, via\u017ee sa na konkr\u00e9tnu t\u00e9mu, problematiku. Jej cie\u013eom je odovzdanie alebo prijatie konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie, jej anal\u00fdza, ako aj ovplyv\u0148ovanie jedn\u00e9ho \u010dloveka druh\u00fdm. Za z\u00e1klad komunik\u00e1cie je pova\u017eovan\u00fd pr\u00e1ve soci\u00e1lny kontakt medzi jedincami. Soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia preto predstavuje nezanedbate\u013en\u00fd sp\u00f4sob komunikovania, \u010d\u00edm poukazujeme na podstatn\u00fa charakteristiku spomenut\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p><p><strong>2) pedagogick\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za ur\u010dit\u00fa \u010das\u0165 alebo druh soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie. Hovor\u00edme o\u00a0komunik\u00e1cii realizovanej medzi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu. Na z\u00e1klade uveden\u00e9ho pova\u017eujeme pedagogick\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu za s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie.<\/p><p><strong>3) r\u00e9torika<\/strong> \u2013 uplat\u0148ovanie komunik\u00e1cie pri naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sl\u00e1vnostn\u00fdch pr\u00edle\u017eitostiach s\u00a0cie\u013eom z\u00edska\u0165 \u010do mo\u017eno najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mno\u017estvo posluch\u00e1\u010dov na svoju stranu. R\u00e9torika je \u0161pecifick\u00fd sp\u00f4sob komunikovania dot\u00fdkaj\u00faci sa najm\u00e4 ur\u010dit\u00fdch konkr\u00e9tnych situ\u00e1ci\u00ed vyzna\u010duj\u00facich sa \u0161pecifick\u00fdm charakterom. \u0160pecifick\u00fdm znakom situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch je vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd r\u00e9torick\u00fd prejav, je hlavne zaujatie vybranej skupiny posluch\u00e1\u010dov na z\u00e1klade re\u010dn\u00edckeho prejavu komunik\u00e1tora. Ak definujeme r\u00e9toriku ako jeden z\u00a0druhov komunik\u00e1cie, tak v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00fdmi vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdmi druhmi komunik\u00e1cie sa vyzna\u010duje minim\u00e1lnou mierou interakcie medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi akt\u00e9rmi komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak ako sme uviedli vy\u0161\u0161ie, rovnako aj mo\u017enos\u0165 bezprostrednej sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby je pri uvedenom druhu komunikovania minimalizovan\u00e1.<\/p><p>V\u00a0neposlednom rade zd\u00f4raz\u0148ujeme \u010dlenenie komunik\u00e1cie z\u00a0h\u013eadiska pou\u017eit\u00fdch komunika\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov (Hasajov\u00e1-Porub\u010danov\u00e1-Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 7):<\/p><ol><li><strong>Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 zah\u0155\u0148a hovorenie. Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 aj ako komunik\u00e1cia slovom. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 dop\u013a\u0148ame exaktnej\u0161ie definovanie verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie ako \u201evyjadrovanie pomocou slov v\u00a0\u00fastnej alebo p\u00edsomnej podobe.\u201c (Nov\u00e1k, 2022, s. 206) Pri definovan\u00ed verb\u00e1lneho sp\u00f4sobu komunikovania nesmieme zab\u00fada\u0165 na \u00fastne, ale p\u00edsomn\u00e9 vyjadrovanie slov.<\/li><li><strong>Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/strong> \u2013 predstavuje mimoslovn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu. Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom symbolov a\u00a0telom.<\/li><\/ol><p>Odl\u00ed\u0161enie verb\u00e1lnej a\u00a0neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie pova\u017eujeme za element\u00e1rne \u010dlenenie vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch prostriedkov komunikovania. Zd\u00f4raz\u0148ujeme, \u017ee \u010dlovek dok\u00e1\u017ee komunikova\u0165 z\u00e1rove\u0148 verb\u00e1lne aj neverb\u00e1lne.
