class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5aa9d5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5aa9d5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\">Soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je jeden z\u00a0druhov komunik\u00e1cie. Soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia sa najviac pribli\u017euje podstate v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho vymedzenia komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Za z\u00e1kladn\u00fa charakteristiku uveden\u00e9ho procesu komunik\u00e1cie pova\u017eujeme sprostredkovanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00e9 medzi \u013eu\u010fmi (Portik-Lap\u0161ansk\u00e1, 2012, s. 7). Z\u00a0toho vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee v\u00fdmena rozmanit\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci komunik\u00e1cie dvoch alebo viacer\u00fdch jedincov m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 ako soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia. Soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia sa dot\u00fdka interakci\u00ed medzi jednotlivcami a\u00a0spomenut\u00fdm v\u00fdrazom \u201eozna\u010dujeme prij\u00edmanie a\u00a0odovzd\u00e1vanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed v\u00a0soci\u00e1lnom styku.\u201c (Hasajov\u00e1-Porub\u010danov\u00e1-Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 10). Upozor\u0148ujeme na prepojenie procesu komunik\u00e1cie s\u00a0\u013eudskou interakciou. Podstatou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie je interakcia zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00faca \u013eudsk\u00e9 p\u00f4sobenie (Lachytov\u00e1, 2011, s. 28). Interakcia, prostredn\u00edctvom ktorej na seba p\u00f4sobia \u013eudsk\u00ed jedinci m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 realizovan\u00e1 nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi. Ak je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou realizovanej interakcie aj odovzd\u00e1vanie a\u00a0z\u00a0neho vypl\u00fdvaj\u00faca v\u00fdmena inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, hovor\u00edme o\u00a0soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cii. \u201eSoci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia, t. j. komunik\u00e1cia medzi \u013eu\u010fmi sa pova\u017euje za \u0161pecifick\u00fd druh komunik\u00e1cie, v\u00a0procese ktor\u00e9ho doch\u00e1dza k\u00a0vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9mu dorozumievaniu \u013eud\u00ed, v\u00fdmene n\u00e1zorov, postojov, oznamovaniu vlastn\u00e9ho pre\u017e\u00edvania danej situ\u00e1cie i\u00a0vz\u0165ahu k\u00a0\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom komunik\u00e1cie\u201c (Her\u00e9nyov\u00e1-Martin\u010dekov\u00e1, 2015, s. 6). Soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je charakterizovan\u00e1 ako proces komunikovania medzi \u013eu\u010fmi. Je vn\u00edman\u00e1 ako \u0161pecifick\u00fd druh komunik\u00e1cie, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00e9ho dok\u00e1\u017eu \u013eudsk\u00ed jedinci medzi sebou realizova\u0165 interakciu zalo\u017een\u00fa na vz\u00e1jomnom dorozumievan\u00ed sa na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdmeny postojov a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov vzh\u013eadom k\u00a0pre\u017e\u00edvaniu ur\u010dit\u00e9ho situa\u010dn\u00e9ho kontextu. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dop\u013a\u0148ame, \u017ee soci\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu m\u00f4\u017eeme ch\u00e1pa\u0165 \u201enielen ako vz\u00e1jomn\u00fa v\u00fdmenu inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ale aj ako proces vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho ovplyv\u0148ovania, ch\u00e1pania a\u00a0porozumenia, i\u00a0ako proces vz\u00e1jomnej organiz\u00e1cie \u010dinnost\u00ed a\u00a0soci\u00e1lnej interakcie\u201c (\u0160u\u0165\u00e1kov\u00e1-Ferencov\u00e1-Zahat\u0148ansk\u00e1, 2017, s . 27) V\u00a0tejto s\u00favislosti nevynech\u00e1vame z\u00a0centra pozornosti podrobnej\u0161iu charakteristiku soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00facu vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148ovanie \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Komunik\u00e1ciu vo v\u0161eobecnosti nem\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 za jednostrann\u00fd proces. Zaanga\u017eovanos\u0165 komunikuj\u00facich jedincov prejavuj\u00faca sa vo vz\u00e1jomnej interakcii determinuje podstatu soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie. Absencia vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho porozumenia v\u00a0prebiehaj\u00facej komunik\u00e1cii, zlyh\u00e1vanie pochopenia prij\u00edmanej inform\u00e1cie nenap\u013a\u0148a soci\u00e1lnu interakciu v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Soci\u00e1lny rozmer komunik\u00e1cie spo\u010d\u00edva predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00a0postupnom definovan\u00ed, a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne v\u00a0neust\u00e1lom utv\u00e1ran\u00ed vz\u0165ahov medzi \u013eu\u010fmi (\u0160e\u010fov\u00e1-\u0160va\u0159\u00ed\u010dek-\u0160alomounov\u00e1, 2012, s. 21). Proces komunikovania bez najmen\u0161\u00edch pochybnost\u00ed vytv\u00e1ra a formuje medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy. Vz\u0165ahy medzi \u013eu\u010fmi s\u00fa zalo\u017een\u00e9 najm\u00e4 na \u010do mo\u017eno najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161om pochopen\u00ed a\u00a0porozumen\u00ed pr\u00ed\u010din spr\u00e1vania sa a\u00a0konania, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 objas\u0148ovan\u00e9 aj efekt\u00edvnym sp\u00f4sobom komunikovania. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Rovnako kon\u0161tatujeme v\u00fdznam soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie pri neust\u00e1lom reprodukovan\u00ed sp\u00f4sobu dorozumievania sa medzi \u013eudsk\u00fdmi jedincami. \u201eSoci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je dnes d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 v\u00a0eliminovan\u00ed obmedzenej reciprocity komunik\u00e1cie, v\u00a0obmedzenej schopnosti vies\u0165 primeran\u00fd dial\u00f3g, probl\u00e9mov pri odovzd\u00e1van\u00ed inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, nez\u00e1ujmu o\u00a0komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho partnera \u010di nez\u00e1ujmu o\u00a0t\u00e9my.\u201c (Predanocyov\u00e1, 2017, s. 52) Komunikovanie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na vy\u0161\u0161ie spom\u00ednanom vz\u00e1jomnom porozumen\u00ed je pr\u00ednosom pri rie\u0161en\u00ed mnoh\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00f4znych sf\u00e9rach spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho, ale aj osobn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Prebiehaj\u00faca interakcia medzi jedincami, ktorej s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou je komunik\u00e1cia vyzna\u010duj\u00faca sa skuto\u010dn\u00fdm z\u00e1ujmom o\u00a0komunikovan\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu, sa taktie\u017e podie\u013ea na zlep\u0161ovan\u00ed medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00a0neposlednom rade chceme na z\u00e1klade uveden\u00e9ho zd\u00f4razni\u0165 pon\u00edmanie komunik\u00e1cie ako soci\u00e1lneho javu vytv\u00e1raj\u00faceho \u201ez\u00e1klad medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch prejavov, pri ktor\u00fdch ide o\u00a0odovzd\u00e1vanie a\u00a0prij\u00edmanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed v\u00a0konkr\u00e9tnom prostred\u00ed, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fac vhodn\u00fd komunika\u010dn\u00fd kan\u00e1l a\u00a0dohodnut\u00fd k\u00f3d s\u00a0verb\u00e1lnou a\/alebo neverb\u00e1lnou podstatou.\u201c (Noskov\u00e1, 2019, s. 4) Komunik\u00e1ciou definovanou ako soci\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia ch\u00e1peme predov\u0161etk\u00fdm proces odovzd\u00e1vania a\u00a0prij\u00edmania inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00fd je realizovan\u00fd medzi dvoma alebo viacer\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi. V\u00a0uvedenom procese vz\u00e1jomnej v\u00fdmeny inform\u00e1cii medzi \u013eudsk\u00fdmi jedincami s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 r\u00f4zne komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky podie\u013eaj\u00face sa na efektivite priebehu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Vyu\u017e\u00edvanie rozmanit\u00fdch komunika\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov v\u00a0procese soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie umo\u017e\u0148uje ich exaktnej\u0161ie sk\u00famanie a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 h\u013abkovej\u0161ie identifikovanie v\u00fdznamu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu z\u00a0nieko\u013ek\u00fdch uhlov poh\u013eadu.
