class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\">fVerb\u00e1lny sp\u00f4sob komunikovania sa realizuje prostredn\u00edctvom jazyka. Jeho ovl\u00e1danie a\u00a0vyu\u017e\u00edvanie odli\u0161uje \u010dloveka od ostatn\u00fdch \u017eiv\u00fdch tvorov a\u00a0je tak umo\u017enen\u00fd soci\u00e1lny, kult\u00farny, ale aj technick\u00fd rozvoj \u010dloveka (Hasajov\u00e1 \u2013 Porub\u010danov\u00e1 \u2013 Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 47). Komunikovanie verb\u00e1lnymi v\u00fdrazov\u00fdmi prostriedkami zalo\u017een\u00fdmi na vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed jazyka je jeden zo z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch znakov \u013eudskej existencie. Komunik\u00e1cia slovami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u013eudskej re\u010di, sa podie\u013ea na rozli\u0161ovan\u00ed \u010dloveka v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00fdmi \u017eiv\u00fdmi tvormi. \u010clovek dok\u00e1\u017ee vyjadrova\u0165 svoje my\u0161lienky slovami, a\u00a0slovami rovnako dok\u00e1\u017ee identifikova\u0165 svet okolo seba, pomenova\u0165 okolit\u00e9 dianie, \u013eud\u00ed tvoriacich jeho s\u00fa\u010das\u0165. Ke\u010f\u017ee komunik\u00e1cia slovami odli\u0161uje \u010dloveka od ostatn\u00fdch \u017eiv\u00fdch tvorov, tak vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm slovn\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu komunikovania v\u00a0interakci\u00e1ch s\u00a0druh\u00fdmi \u013eudsk\u00fdmi jedincami sa z\u00e1rove\u0148 rozv\u00edja a\u00a0formuje osobnos\u0165 \u010dloveka. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm soci\u00e1lny a\u00a0kult\u00farny rozmer osobnosti je podporovan\u00fd komunikovan\u00edm zalo\u017eenom na vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed slovn\u00fdch v\u00fdrazov. Pestros\u0165 a\u00a0rozmanitos\u0165 vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch slov v\u00a0kontakte s\u00a0druh\u00fdmi podmie\u0148uje formovanie osobnosti. Aj z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu mus\u00edme verb\u00e1lny sp\u00f4sob komunikovania definova\u0165 podrobnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Danek prvotne vymedzuje verb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu ako \u201es\u00fahrn zvukov, prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00fdch je mo\u017en\u00e9 vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 kontakt medzi \u013eu\u010fmi\u201c (Danek, 2014, s. 64). Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia sa zaklad\u00e1 na vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed zvukov\u00e9ho prejavu \u010dloveka. Zvukov\u00fd prejav \u010dloveka vytv\u00e1ra z\u00e1klad dorozumievania sa medzi \u013eu\u010fmi. Na to, aby mohli by\u0165 medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9 interakcie realizovan\u00e9 je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby zvukov\u00fd prejav jedinca bol zmyslupln\u00fd a\u00a0jeho obsah pochopite\u013en\u00fd pre druh\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. \u013dudia medzi sebou komunikuj\u00fa verb\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom predov\u0161etk\u00fdm prostredn\u00edctvom slov vytv\u00e1raj\u00facich \u013eudsk\u00fa re\u010d. \u201eRe\u010d je konkr\u00e9tne vyu\u017eitie jazyka na vyjadrenie ur\u010dit\u00fdch my\u0161lienok (n\u00e1zorov, citov) artikulovan\u00e9 re\u010dov\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi.\u201c (Noskov\u00e1, 2019, s. 17) Ke\u010f\u017ee sa re\u010d vyu\u017e\u00edva v\u00a0r\u00f4znych \u013eudsk\u00fdch interakci\u00e1ch, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pri kontakte dvoch alebo viacer\u00fdch jedincov, m\u00f4\u017eeme skon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edvanie verb\u00e1lnych v\u00fdrazov\u00fdch prostriedkov identifikujeme aj v\u00a0eduka\u010dnom procese, najm\u00e4 v\u00a0interakcii u\u010dite\u013ea a\u00a0\u017eiaka. Vyu\u017e\u00edvanie verb\u00e1lnych v\u00fdrazov\u00fdch prostriedkov v\u00a0eduk\u00e1cii prebiehaj\u00facej v\u00a0\u0161kolskom prostred\u00ed sa podie\u013ea na zefekt\u00edv\u0148ovan\u00ed v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vacieho procesu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Podrobnej\u0161\u00edm analyzovan\u00edm slovn\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu vyjadrovania smeruje centrum na\u0161ej pozornosti k\u00a0mo\u017enostiam a\u00a0sp\u00f4sobom verb\u00e1lneho komunikovania.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hasajov\u00e1, Porub\u010danov\u00e1 a\u00a0Bil\u010d\u00edk (2020) uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa \u010dlenenie verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>1) Zvukov\u00e1 podoba verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie<\/b> \u2013 zaklad\u00e1 sa na komunikovan\u00ed \u013eudsk\u00fdch jedincov prostredn\u00edctvom osobn\u00e9ho kontaktu vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00faceho hovoren\u00e9 slovo \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>2) Grafick\u00e1 podoba verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie<\/b> \u2013 zaklad\u00e1 sa na vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed p\u00edsma prostredn\u00edctvom p\u00edsomn\u00fdch znakov a\u00a0symbolov. V\u00fdhodou uveden\u00e9ho typu komunikovania je lep\u0161ie premyslenie vyjadrenia komunikovan\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed. Na druhej strane je v\u0161ak p\u00edsomn\u00e9 vyjadrovanie sa zlo\u017eitej\u0161ie na \u0161tylistiku a\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie na \u010das. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Uveden\u00e9 \u010dlenenie verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie stru\u010dn\u00fdm a\u00a0preh\u013eadn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom predklad\u00e1 existuj\u00face mo\u017enosti slovn\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu vyjadrovania sa. Pod\u013ea uvedenej autorky rozli\u0161ujeme verb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu nasledovne (Lachytov\u00e1, 2011):<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><b>1) verb\u00e1lna priama komunik\u00e1cia<\/b> \u2013 predstavuje realiz\u00e1ciu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm hovoren\u00e9ho slova \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi, ktor\u00ed sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u00a0bezprostrednej fyzickej bl\u00edzkosti a\u00a0v\u00a0bezprostrednom fyzickom kontakte.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><b>2) verb\u00e1lna nepriama komunik\u00e1cia<\/b> \u2013 umo\u017e\u0148uje realiz\u00e1ciu komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu bez nutnosti fyzick\u00e9ho kontaktu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov. Najm\u00e4 v\u010faka rozvoju informa\u010dn\u00fdch a\u00a0komunika\u010dn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed sa do popredia dost\u00e1va nieko\u013eko mo\u017enost\u00ed, ako slovne komunikova\u0165 s\u00a0druh\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi bez potreby a nutnosti osobn\u00e9ho kontaktu. Na podrobnej\u0161ie charakterizovanie komunik\u00e1cie v\u00a0online priestore sa zameriavame v\u00a0poslednej \u010dasti publik\u00e1cie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Verb\u00e1lny sp\u00f4sob komunikovania predstavuje pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho n\u00e1zoru efekt\u00edvny sp\u00f4sob vyjadrenia my\u0161lienok, postojov, n\u00e1zorov. Vyjadrovanie sa prostredn\u00edctvom slov umo\u017e\u0148uje konkr\u00e9tnu inform\u00e1ciu vysvet\u013eova\u0165, interpretova\u0165, zjednodu\u0161i\u0165 jej porozumenie. Aj v\u00a0pr\u00edpade pr\u00edpadn\u00fdch nejasnost\u00ed zo strany pr\u00edjemcu komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie je tu mo\u017enos\u0165 jej objasnenia a\u00a0vysvetlenia umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fac lep\u0161ie pochopenie komunik\u00e9. Slovn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob vyjadrovania sa v\u0161ak z\u00e1vis\u00ed hlavne od ovl\u00e1dania slovnej z\u00e1soby \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Op\u00e4tovne tak m\u00f4\u017eeme skon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia sa zaklad\u00e1 na vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed slov. Slov\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 \u010dlovek ovl\u00e1da, a\u00a0ktor\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na dorozumievanie sa s\u00a0druh\u00fdmi \u013eudsk\u00fdmi jedincami patria k\u00a0slovnej z\u00e1sobe.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Z\u00e1kladom verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie je preto slovn\u00e1 z\u00e1soba, ktor\u00fa rozde\u013eujeme na akt\u00edvnu a\u00a0pas\u00edvnu (Lachytov\u00e1, 2011):<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><b>a) akt\u00edvna slovn\u00e1 z\u00e1soba<\/b> \u2013 zara\u010fujeme sem slov\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v\u00a0jazyku najstar\u0161ie, a\u00a0pritom aj najkrat\u0161ie. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie ide o\u00a0z\u00e1men\u00e1, \u010d\u00edslovky, predlo\u017eky, spojky, a\u00a0aj niektor\u00e9 sloves\u00e1. Okrem toho s\u00fa to aj slov\u00e1 pomen\u00favaj\u00face \u010dlenov rodiny, \u010dasti tela, slov\u00e1 s\u00favisiace s\u00a0pr\u00e1cou, s\u00a0tr\u00e1ven\u00edm vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu a\u00a0in\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><b>b) pas\u00edvna slovn\u00e1 z\u00e1soba<\/b> \u2013 zara\u010fujeme sem tie slov\u00e1, ktor\u00fdch obsah je ich vyu\u017e\u00edvate\u013eom ur\u010den\u00fd v\u00a0mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch len pribli\u017ene, ako aj slov\u00e1, ktor\u00fdch zrozumite\u013enos\u0165 je identifikovan\u00e1 \u010dasto iba v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kontextu.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">\u010clovek si po\u010das svojho \u017eivota osvojuje mno\u017estvo v\u00fdrazov\u00fdch prostriedkov tvoriacich vy\u0161\u0161ie spom\u00ednan\u00fa slovn\u00fa z\u00e1sobu. Mus\u00edme v\u0161ak zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee slov\u00e1 vytv\u00e1raj\u00face slovn\u00fa z\u00e1sobu nie s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u00a0komunikovan\u00ed v\u0161etky v\u00a0rovnakej miere. Niektor\u00e9 slov\u00e1 s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 \u010dastej\u0161ie, niektor\u00e9 menej \u010dastej\u0161ie, no zast\u00e1vame n\u00e1zor, \u017ee slovn\u00fa z\u00e1sobu je potrebn\u00e9 upev\u0148ova\u0165 po\u010das cel\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Je v\u00a0z\u00e1ujme \u013eudsk\u00e9ho jedinca, aby sa dok\u00e1zal vyjadrova\u0165 r\u00f4znymi v\u00fdrazov\u00fdmi prostriedkami indikuj\u00facimi to, \u010do chce \u010dlovek komunikova\u0165 druhej osobe alebo osob\u00e1m.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Verb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu m\u00f4\u017eeme podrobnej\u0161ie charakterizova\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom pozit\u00edv, ako aj negat\u00edv jej vyu\u017e\u00edvania. Ke\u010f\u017ee nevieme zobra\u0165 sp\u00e4\u0165 to, \u010do u\u017e raz bolo povedan\u00e9, je potrebn\u00e9 pred komunikovan\u00edm nejakej inform\u00e1cie zamyslie\u0165 sa nad t\u00fdm, \u010di naozaj chceme dan\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu adresova\u0165 jej pr\u00edjemcovi\/ pr\u00edjemcom. Aj pri odovzd\u00e1van\u00ed sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby je nevyhnutn\u00e9 v\u017edy zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 svoju reakciu, a\u00a0aj sp\u00f4sob reagovania na komunikovan\u00fd obsah. Neuv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdm slovn\u00fdm vyjadren\u00edm m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00a0niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba dehonestova\u0165 osobnos\u0165 nosite\u013ea komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie. Preto je potrebn\u00e9 ma\u0165 na pam\u00e4ti, \u017ee aj pr\u00edpadn\u00fd nes\u00fahlas s\u00a0komunikovanou inform\u00e1ciou je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyjadri\u0165 v\u00a0intenci\u00e1ch argumentov a\u00a0bez ur\u00e1\u017eok \u010di zosmie\u0161\u0148ovania komunik\u00e1tora. Aj v\u00a0pr\u00edpade, ak ostatn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu vy\u017eaduj\u00fa okam\u017eit\u00fa reakciu, je vhodn\u00e9 sa nad svojou odpove\u010fou zamyslie\u0165. Hlavne pri niektor\u00fdch \u0161pecifick\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch predpokladaj\u00facich \u010do mo\u017eno najr\u00fdchlej\u0161iu reakciu alebo odpove\u010f odpor\u00fa\u010dame v\u00a0pr\u00edpade neistoty po\u017eiadanie o\u00a0kr\u00e1tky priestor na zv\u00e1\u017eenie svojej odpovede. \u010eal\u0161\u00edm z\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdch negat\u00edv verb\u00e1lnej pedagogickej komunik\u00e1cie je \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie presadenie vlastn\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru, a\u00a0to najm\u00e4 v\u00a0pr\u00edpade oponovania \u2013 prezentovania odli\u0161n\u00e9ho stanoviska. ujasnenie komunikovan\u00e9ho obsahu. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm komunik\u00e1tor mus\u00ed ch\u00e1pa\u0165 obsahu komunikovanej inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 by mala by\u0165 podan\u00e1 tak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, aby bol dan\u00fd obsah zrozumite\u013en\u00fd pre pr\u00edjemcu alebo aj pre viacer\u00fdch pr\u00edjemcov. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade, ak komunik\u00e1tor presne nevie, ak\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu chce komunikova\u0165, tak proces verb\u00e1lneho vyjadrovania nejasnej my\u0161lienky sa st\u00e1va problematick\u00fdm na pochopenie. Naopak, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00a0pracovnom prostred\u00ed je spravidla vy\u017eadovan\u00e1 adekv\u00e1tna pr\u00edprava v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0komunikovan\u00edm slovn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ak vn\u00edmame komunik\u00e1ciu ako proces vyzna\u010duj\u00faci sa interakciou medzi z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdmi akt\u00e9rmi, je potrebn\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve vypo\u010dutie si stanoviska ku komunikovanej inform\u00e1cii zo strany pr\u00edjemcu danej inform\u00e1cie mo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 za predpoklad akceptovania postojov a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov druh\u00e9ho \u010dloveka v\u00a0procese komunikovania. Spom\u00ednan\u00e1 interakcia medzi akt\u00e9rmi komunik\u00e1cie sa zaklad\u00e1 na predpoklade neust\u00e1leho kontaktu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov spomenut\u00e9ho procesu.
