class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5aa9d5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5aa9d5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\">Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je naj\u010dastej\u0161ie charakterizovan\u00e1 ako komunik\u00e1cia realizovan\u00e1 mimo slov, a\u00a0teda komunik\u00e1cia ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 aj ako mimoslovn\u00e1 (Hasajov\u00e1 \u2013 Porub\u010danov\u00e1 \u2013 Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 115). \u010eal\u0161\u00edm charakterizovan\u00edm neverb\u00e1lneho komunikovania poznamen\u00e1vame, \u017ee \u201eneverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je komunik\u00e1cia bez slov. Hoci nehovor\u00edme, telo vysiela neverb\u00e1lne sign\u00e1ly vedome i podvedome. Napriek tomu, \u017ee re\u010d tela m\u00e1 svoje v\u00fdznamy, nie je vhodn\u00e9 ich absolutizova\u0165 bez oh\u013eadu na verb\u00e1lny prejav alebo na ostatn\u00e9 relevantn\u00e9 faktory komunik\u00e1cie (komunika\u010dn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia, komunika\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1mer, osobnostn\u00fd profil komunikuj\u00facich a i.)\u201c (Klinckov\u00e1, 2011, s. 12) Mimoslovn\u00e9 komunikovanie je ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 aj ako re\u010d tela. Komunikovanie bez slov sa uskuto\u010d\u0148uje rovnako vedome, ako aj podvedome. \u010clovek vyjadruje najm\u00e4 svoje individu\u00e1lne subjekt\u00edvne a podvedom\u00e9 pre\u017e\u00edvanie komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho kontextu. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm komplementom verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie. Podie\u013ea sa na \u00faspe\u0161nom priebehu verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie a prispieva k efekt\u00edvnej komunik\u00e1cii t\u00fdm, \u017ee jej obsah dop\u013a\u0148a d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdmi fonick\u00fdmi, vizu\u00e1lnymi a kinetick\u00fdmi sign\u00e1lmi, a pom\u00e1ha porozumie\u0165 hovoren\u00e9mu slovu a pochopi\u0165 z\u00e1mery komunikuj\u00facich (Klinckov\u00e1, 2011, s. 9) Vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 slov\u00e1 v\u00a0procese komunik\u00e1cie s\u00fa dop\u013a\u0148an\u00e9 aj mimoslovn\u00fdm vyjadrovan\u00edm. Vyjadrovanie sa \u010dloveka bez pou\u017eitia slovn\u00fdch v\u00fdrazov dotv\u00e1ra celkov\u00fd proces komunik\u00e1cie. Slovami je mo\u017en\u00e9 sprostredkova\u0165 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom komunik\u00e1cie r\u00f4zne inform\u00e1cie, av\u0161ak celkov\u00fa atmosf\u00e9ru uveden\u00e9ho procesu vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa pr\u00e1ve neverb\u00e1lne v\u00fdrazov\u00e9 prostriedky. Ak ch\u00e1peme neverb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 procesu komunikovania, tak v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0verb\u00e1lnym prejavom je potrebn\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee \u201eneverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia bu\u010f potvrdzuje verb\u00e1lny prejav, alebo mu protire\u010d\u00ed. Dotv\u00e1ra atmosf\u00e9ru a n\u00e1\u0161 osobn\u00fd vz\u0165ah k obsahu textu, tie\u017e pod\u00e1va inform\u00e1ciu o n\u00e1s ako osobe.\u201c (Hasajov\u00e1 \u2013 Porub\u010danov\u00e1 \u2013 Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 114) Op\u00e4tovne zd\u00f4raz\u0148ujeme neoddelite\u013enos\u0165 neverb\u00e1lneho komunikovania v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese. Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165, ale nemus\u00ed by\u0165 v\u00a0s\u00falade s\u00a0vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi verb\u00e1lnymi v\u00fdrazmi. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0vymedzen\u00edm neverb\u00e1lneho komunikovania je potrebn\u00e9 zamera\u0165 sa na v\u00fdznam neverb\u00e1lnych sign\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie. \u201eNeverb\u00e1lne sign\u00e1ly s\u00fa inform\u00e1cie zrkadliace vn\u00fatorn\u00fa motiv\u00e1ciu a osobn\u00e9 postoje k obsahu komunik\u00e1cie.\u201c (Klinckov\u00e1, 2011, s. 14) Mimoslovn\u00fdm komunikovan\u00edm doch\u00e1dza k\u00a0vyjadreniu individu\u00e1lnych subjekt\u00edvnych postojov a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov dot\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa komunika\u010dnej situ\u00e1cie, v\u00a0ktorej sa komunik\u00e1tor alebo komunikant nach\u00e1dza. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Neverb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu charakterizujeme nasleduj\u00facimi \u0161pecifikami (Hasajov\u00e1 \u2013 Porub\u010danov\u00e1 \u2013 Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 115-116): <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">najstar\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob komunikovania (vyu\u017e\u00edvanie neverb\u00e1lnych sign\u00e1lov pri komunikovan\u00ed sprev\u00e1dza \u010dloveka u\u017e od po\u010diatkov existencie \u013eudstva, ke\u010f\u017ee hlavne gestikul\u00e1cia, ako aj zn\u00e1zor\u0148ovanie spokojnosti, nespokojnosti, s\u00fahlas, nes\u00fahlas a\u00a0in\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy vyjadrovan\u00e9 mimoslovne mo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 za univerz\u00e1lne v\u00fdznamy komunik\u00e1cie vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 u\u017e v\u00a0najstar\u0161\u00edch kult\u00farach),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">predch\u00e1dza verb\u00e1lnemu komunikovaniu (komunikovanie nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00face slovn\u00e9 vyjadrenie sa je pre \u010dloveka typick\u00e9 u\u017e bezprostredne po jeho naroden\u00ed (Boyce, 2012, s. 36). Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa vytv\u00e1ra predpoklad pre osvojenie si slovnej z\u00e1soby),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">prirodzenos\u0165 a\u00a0autentickos\u0165 neverb\u00e1lneho komunikovania (neverb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu spravidla charakterizujeme ako podvedom\u00fa, z\u00a0\u010doho vypl\u00fdva najm\u00e4 uveden\u00e1 prirodzenos\u0165 a\u00a0autentickos\u0165 pri komunikovan\u00ed uveden\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. Neverb\u00e1lne prostriedky komunik\u00e1cie prirodzene odzrkad\u013euj\u00fa subjekt\u00edvne pon\u00edmanie situ\u00e1cie, v\u00a0ktorej prebieha komunika\u010dn\u00fd proces),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">spont\u00e1nnos\u0165 a\u00a0preva\u017euj\u00faca jednozna\u010dnos\u0165 (spont\u00e1nnos\u0165 neverb\u00e1lneho komunikovania pramen\u00ed z\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9ho subjekt\u00edvneho a\u00a0autentick\u00e9ho reflektovania na situ\u00e1ciu, v\u00a0ktorej sa komunikuj\u00faci nach\u00e1dza),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">preva\u017euj\u00faca \u00faprimnos\u0165 a\u00a0pravdivos\u0165, a\u00a0to najm\u00e4 v\u00a0pr\u00edpade nes\u00faladu s\u00a0verb\u00e1lnym komunikovan\u00edm, ako aj pri nerozhodnosti a\u00a0nejednozna\u010dnosti slovn\u00e9ho vyjadrovania (ak ch\u00e1peme mimoslovn\u00e9 vyjadrovanie sa ako odzrkad\u013eovanie skuto\u010dn\u00e9ho subjekt\u00edvneho pon\u00edmania konkr\u00e9tnej situ\u00e1cie, tak neverb\u00e1lnym komunikovan\u00edm spravidla \u010dlovek podvedome, automaticky, a\u00a0teda aj \u00faprimne vyjadruje svoje vlastn\u00e9 pre\u017e\u00edvanie situ\u00e1cie, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ktorej prebieha komunika\u010dn\u00fd proces).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm preto, aby \u010dlovek (Hasajov\u00e1-Porub\u010danov\u00e1-Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 119): <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">podporoval re\u010dov\u00e9 vyjadrovanie (regul\u00e1cia tempa vyjadrovania, zd\u00f4raz\u0148ovanie konkr\u00e9tnych v\u00fdrazov&#8230;), <\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">nahr\u00e1dzal re\u010dov\u00e9 v\u00fdrazov\u00e9 prostriedky (symbolika, ilustr\u00e1cie&#8230;), <\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">vyjadroval em\u00f3cie (rovnako aj zvl\u00e1dal pre\u017e\u00edvanie konkr\u00e9tnej em\u00f3cie),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">vyjadril svoj interperson\u00e1lny postoj (naliehav\u00e9 vyjadrenie, spochybnenie&#8230;)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">realizoval svoj vlastn\u00fd prejav. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Uveden\u00fdm textom zd\u00f4raz\u0148ujeme na\u010drtnut\u00fd v\u00fdznam mimoslovn\u00e9ho vyjadrovania sa jedinca vo v\u0161eobecnosti. Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia prebieha spravidla spont\u00e1nne a\u00a0nez\u00e1merne. Komunikuj\u00faci sa v\u00a0prvom rade zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ea nad obsahom komunik\u00e1cie z\u00a0verb\u00e1lneho h\u013eadiska, vyber\u00e1 vhodn\u00e9 slov\u00e1 vystihuj\u00face komunik\u00e9. Verb\u00e1lne v\u00fdrazov\u00e9 prostriedky zvolen\u00e9 spravidla z\u00e1mern\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom s\u00fa dop\u013a\u0148an\u00e9 a\u00a0zv\u00fdraz\u0148ovan\u00e9 spomenut\u00fdm mimoslovn\u00fdm vyjadrovan\u00edm sa odzrkad\u013euj\u00facim re\u00e1lne vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 subjekt\u00edvne pocity \u010di postoje komunikuj\u00faceho. Hajerov\u00e1 M\u0171llerov\u00e1 (2013, s. 18) poznamen\u00e1va, \u017ee \u201eneverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia sp\u00e1ja verb\u00e1lne a\u00a0neverb\u00e1lne ozn\u00e1menia, m\u00e1 \u010fal\u0161ie v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 funkcie, ktor\u00fdmi n\u00e1m pom\u00e1ha v\u00a0komunik\u00e1cii a\u00a0to nielen v\u00a0aktu\u00e1lnom \u010dase (pom\u00e1ha pri vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed a\u00a0riaden\u00ed dojmov, pri utv\u00e1ran\u00ed a\u00a0vymedzovan\u00ed vz\u0165ahov, pri riaden\u00ed konverz\u00e1cie a\u00a0soci\u00e1lnych interakci\u00ed, pri ovplyv\u0148ovan\u00ed a\u00a0klaman\u00ed, pri vyjadrovan\u00ed em\u00f3ci\u00ed).\u201c Neverb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu m\u00f4\u017eeme na jednej strane \u010diasto\u010dne pova\u017eova\u0165 za sp\u00e1jaj\u00faci prvok uveden\u00fdch sp\u00f4sobov komunikovania. Na strane druhej by sme sk\u00f4r preferovali pri definovan\u00ed neverb\u00e1lneho sp\u00f4sobu komunikovania jeho rovnocenn\u00e9 postavenie v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese s\u00a0verb\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom komunikovania a s\u00a0d\u00f4razom na vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9 funkcie. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0uveden\u00fdch druhov komunik\u00e1cie m\u00e1 svoj vlastn\u00fd v\u00fdznam a\u00a0nenahradite\u013en\u00e9 postavenie v\u00a0celkovom procese komunik\u00e1cie vo v\u0161eobecnosti, ako aj v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese realizovanom v\u00a0prostred\u00ed \u0161koly. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia prebieha preva\u017ene podvedom\u00fdm a\u00a0automatick\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fdm je z\u00e1rove\u0148 dop\u013a\u0148an\u00fd slovn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob vyjadrovania sa u\u00a0komunikuj\u00facich. Na cielen\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie sa s\u00fastre\u010fuj\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm inici\u00e1tori komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm re\u010dov\u00fdch v\u00fdrazov\u00fdch prostriedkov ove\u013ea menej. Preto pova\u017eujeme uveden\u00fd druh komunik\u00e1cie za re\u00e1lnej\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0\u00faprimnej\u0161\u00ed obraz pre\u017e\u00edvania komunikovanej skuto\u010dnosti. Uveden\u00e9 charakteristiky aplikujeme aj do pedagogickej komunik\u00e1cie v\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ej kapitole publik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Op\u00e4tovn\u00fdm zameran\u00edm na\u0161ich anal\u00fdz v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s problematikou neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie chceme pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na nieko\u013eko mo\u017enost\u00ed mimoslovn\u00e9ho komunikovania. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie rozli\u0161ujeme osem druhov neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 sa vz\u00e1jomne dop\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa a prel\u00ednaj\u00fa (Kormanovi\u010dov\u00e1-Hal\u00e1kov\u00e1, 2008, s. 60-61): <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i><b>mimika:<\/b><\/i> Mimika znamen\u00e1 v\u00fdrazy tv\u00e1re, ktor\u00e9 zn\u00e1zor\u0148uj\u00fa r\u00f4zne emocion\u00e1lne stavy (\u0160u\u0165\u00e1kov\u00e1-Ferencov\u00e1-Zahat\u0148ansk\u00e1, 2017). Mimika je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 aj u\u00a0komunik\u00e1tora, ktor\u00fd po\u010das komunikovania konkr\u00e9tnej inform\u00e1cie taktie\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee mimicky reagova\u0165 na komunik\u00e9, ako aj na celkov\u00fa komunika\u010dn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i><b>poh\u013eady (vizika):<\/b><\/i> Ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 aj \u201ere\u010d o\u010d\u00ed\u201c alebo zrakov\u00fd kontakt uv\u00e1dzan\u00fd v\u00a0odbornej terminol\u00f3gii ako vizika. Pri interakcii \u010dloveka s\u00a0\u010dlovekom je poh\u013ead z\u00a0o\u010d\u00ed do o\u010d\u00ed ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd (Lachytov\u00e1, 2011, s. 50). Vyh\u00fdbav\u00fd poh\u013ead spravidla signalizuje nez\u00e1ujem o\u00a0komunikovanie (Her\u00e9nyov\u00e1-Martin\u010dekov\u00e1, 2015, s. 13). Udr\u017eiavanie o\u010dn\u00e9ho kontaktu signalizuje z\u00e1ujem o\u00a0komunikovan\u00fd obsah, udr\u017eiavanie pozornosti a\u00a0rovnako aj preva\u017euj\u00facu \u00faprimnos\u0165 v\u00a0komunik\u00e1cii. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i><b>proxemika:<\/b><\/i> Proxemika zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje v\u00fdznam vzdialenosti pri komunik\u00e1cii. Pri komunikovan\u00ed s\u00a0bl\u00edzkymi osobami alebo s\u00a0osobami, ku ktor\u00fdm \u010dlovek prejavuje sympatie, pr\u00edpadne sa c\u00edti komfortne, doch\u00e1dza k\u00a0zmen\u0161ovaniu vzdialenosti. Naopak, komunik\u00e1cia s\u00a0osobami nezn\u00e1mymi, nesympatick\u00fdmi so sebou prin\u00e1\u0161a ochranu osobn\u00e9ho priestoru, ustupovanie spojen\u00e9 so zvy\u0161ovan\u00edm vzdialenosti medzi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi komunik\u00e1cie (Noskov\u00e1, 2019, s. 41). Vzdialenos\u0165 pri komunik\u00e1cii vo form\u00e1lnych interakci\u00e1ch by mala zosta\u0165 zachovan\u00e1, \u010do by signalizovalo odosobnenos\u0165 komunikuj\u00facich. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i><b>gestika:<\/b><\/i> Gestami ch\u00e1peme pohyby \u201esprev\u00e1dzaj\u00face slovn\u00e9 prejavy alebo ich zastupuj\u00fa. Ide o\u00a0pohyby ktorejko\u013evek \u010dasti tela, hlavne r\u00fak, prik\u00fdvnutie hlavou, poklonenie sa. \u010ealej sem patria pohyby n\u00f4h, r\u00fak a\u00a0prstov.\u201c (Lachytov\u00e1, 2011, s. 51) Gestika je realizovan\u00e1 naj\u010dastej\u0161ie podvedom\u00fdm a\u00a0preva\u017ene zautomatizovan\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. \u010ciasto\u010dne je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou kineziky sk\u00famaj\u00facej v\u00fdznam pohybov tela. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i><b>haptika:<\/b><\/i> Haptika je \u201ediscipl\u00edna, ktor\u00e1 sa zaber\u00e1 sk\u00faman\u00edm dotykov, gr. haptein \u2013 dot\u00fdka\u0165 sa, tzv. taktiln\u00fd kontakt \u2013 dotyk.\u201c (Hasajov\u00e1-Porub\u010danov\u00e1-Bil\u010d\u00edk, 2020, s. 129). Dop\u013a\u0148ame, \u017ee neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia realizovan\u00e1 dotykmi je ve\u013emi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, preto\u017ee odovzd\u00e1va mno\u017estvo inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a sign\u00e1lov o pocitoch, postojoch, my\u0161lienkach a motiv\u00e1ci\u00e1ch \u010dloveka. Vn\u00edma\u0165, interpretova\u0165 a spr\u00e1vne pochopi\u0165 sign\u00e1ly haptiky je zlo\u017eitej\u0161ie ako pri verb\u00e1lnom prejave (Noskov\u00e1, 2019, s. 50). Dotyky uskuto\u010d\u0148ovan\u00e9 po\u010das interakcie s\u00a0druh\u00fdmi jedincami charakterizujeme ako nezanedbate\u013en\u00fd indik\u00e1tor r\u00f4znych pocitov rovnako komunik\u00e1tora, ako aj u\u00a0komunikanta. Podrobnej\u0161iu anal\u00fdzu smerovania dotykov v\u00a0komunika\u010dnom procese v\u0161ak pova\u017eujeme za zlo\u017eit\u00fd proces smeruj\u00faci ku\u00a0sk\u00famaniu, a\u00a0k\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu identifikovaniu subjekt\u00edvneho vn\u00edmania konkr\u00e9tnej komunika\u010dnej situ\u00e1cie u\u00a0jedinca.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i><b>posturika:<\/b><\/i> Posturika identifikuje v\u00a0procese komunik\u00e1cie dr\u017eanie tela a\u00a0zah\u0155\u0148a \u201edr\u017eanie tela a\u00a0v\u0161etk\u00fdch kon\u010dat\u00edn, naklonenie sa k\u00a0niekomu, obr\u00e1tenie sa, odvr\u00e1tenie tv\u00e1re, prive\u013ek\u00e9 uvo\u013enenie a\u00a0neprirodzen\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie\u201c (Her\u00e9nyov\u00e1-Martin\u010dekov\u00e1, 2015, s. 13). V\u0161eobecne kinezika sk\u00fama pohyby cel\u00e9ho tela tvoriace 65% sprostredkovania inform\u00e1ci\u00ed.
