Summary

Pedagogical communication is a part of educational process. For this reason, we analysed the selected characteristics of pedagogical communication. The content of presented educational material will provide efficient participation of its reader in the process of pedagogical communication at the school environment.

In the presented textbook, we analyse communication as a dynamic process. It is the process of human understanding each other. Mentioned process is one of the integral parts of human interactions. Communication creates human relationships. We define parts of communication as a communicator, percipient of information, information and communication canal as a way of information spreading. Moreover, we analyse positive and negative aspects of verbal communication.

The second chapter is aimed on pedagogical communication defined as a specifical way of communication process. This process is implemented at the school environment and it is based on communication between teacher and pupil/ student. Teacher should be able to understand the presented characteristics of pedagogical communication. In the process of pedagogical communication, this knowledge will help teacher in efficient interactions with pupils or students the realization. In this context, we define the ways of elimination of verbal communication negative aspects in educational process. These recommendations help the realization of effective pedagogical communication for teachers.

The last chapter analyses the influence of modern digital information and communication technologies in the process of pedagogical communication. Communication between teacher and pupil/ student can be carried out by online way (modern online platforms) but it cannot replace its implementation in the real school environment. Moreover, we also create the suggestion for the realization of effective online pedagogical communication.
